{"id":102668,"date":"2018-09-21T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-09-20T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/concentrol.efimatica.com\/antiespumants-per-al-tractament-daigues-residuals\/"},"modified":"2025-07-31T12:02:38","modified_gmt":"2025-07-31T10:02:38","slug":"antiespumants-per-al-tractament-daigues-residuals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hosting175685eu-cp704.wordpresstemporal.com\/ca\/antiespumants-per-al-tractament-daigues-residuals\/","title":{"rendered":"Antiespumants per al tractament d&#8217;aig\u00fces residuals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;aigua \u00e9s necessari en moltes de les activitats que realitza l&#8217;\u00e9sser hum\u00e0 i, sovint, en els processos en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;utilitza s&#8217;aboquen inevitablement residus a l&#8217;aigua alterant la seva composici\u00f3 dificultant el seu posterior \u00fas o reciclat i contaminant el l\u00edquid amb greus conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies per a la salut i el medi ambient. El tractament d&#8217;aig\u00fces residuals consisteix en una s\u00e8rie de processos f\u00edsics, qu\u00edmics i biol\u00f2gics que tenen com a objectiu eliminar els contaminants presents tant en efluents industrials com urbans.<\/p>\n<p>Es distingeixen principalment 3 tipus de tractaments d&#8217;aig\u00fces residuals: tractament primari o tractament fisicoqu\u00edmic, tractament secundari o tractament biol\u00f2gic i tractament terciari. Hi ha qui considera un quart tipus de tractament anterior al primari que inclou les etapes preliminars per al correcte processat de l&#8217;aigua.<\/p>\n<p>El tractament f\u00edsic-qu\u00edmic o primari es realitza per reduir els elements suspesos en el l\u00edquid mitjan\u00e7ant precipitaci\u00f3 o per mitj\u00e0 d&#8217;oxidaci\u00f3 qu\u00edmica i \u00e9s d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 comuna en depuraci\u00f3 d&#8217;aig\u00fces d&#8217;origen industrial. Entre els m\u00e8todes m\u00e9s comuns d&#8217;aquest tractament trobem la flotaci\u00f3 i la coagulaci\u00f3-floculaci\u00f3. Quan la mat\u00e8ria suspesa en l&#8217;aigua t\u00e9 una densitat inferior o igual a la de l&#8217;aigua, com olis, greixos o emulsions que no sedimenten, s&#8217;aplica el m\u00e8tode de flotaci\u00f3 que consisteix a generar una gran quantitat de bombolles d&#8217;aire que despla\u00e7aran els elements suspesos cap a la superf\u00edcie quedant concentrats i f\u00e0cilment extra\u00efbles. Si la mida de les part\u00edcules barrejades amb l&#8217;aigua \u00e9s molt petit i no sedimenta o ho fa massa lent, s&#8217;utilitza el proc\u00e9s de coagulaci\u00f3-floculaci\u00f3 que consisteix a afegir unes subst\u00e0ncies qu\u00edmiques que generen la coagulaci\u00f3 de les part\u00edcules a remoure afavorint la seva floculaci\u00f3 i sedimentaci\u00f3. Altres opcions per eliminar les subst\u00e0ncies nocives de les aig\u00fces residuals s\u00f3n la precipitaci\u00f3, l&#8217;intercanvi i\u00f2nic o el tractament amb UV.<\/p>\n<p>El tractament biol\u00f2gic o secundari s&#8217;aplica sovint, no necess\u00e0riament, despr\u00e9s dels tractaments fisicoqu\u00edmics i realitza l&#8217;\u00fas de microorganismes que s&#8217;encarreguen de degradar activament la mat\u00e8ria org\u00e0nica o contingut biol\u00f2gic perqu\u00e8 els elements a eliminar s&#8217;alliberin del medi aqu\u00f3s. Es distingeixen dos processos diferents segons si tractem la mat\u00e8ria basada en oxidants o no, els processos aerobis i els processos anaerobis. En el primer s&#8217;incorporen microorganismes aerobis amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;incrementar el contingut d&#8217;oxigen en el l\u00edquid per mitj\u00e0 de regs de superf\u00edcies s\u00f2lides, agitaci\u00f3 i ventilaci\u00f3 submergida. En aquest les subst\u00e0ncies biodegradables dissoltes serveixen d&#8217;aliment als microorganismes incorporats convertint-se en biomassa de condicions aer\u00f2bies, di\u00f2xid de carboni i aigua. Seguidament es realitza l&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3 de compostos de nitrogen de l&#8217;aigua que s&#8217;est\u00e0 tractant mitjan\u00e7ant la nitrificaci\u00f3 i la desnitrificaci\u00f3. La nitrificaci\u00f3 utilitza els microorganismes per convertir l&#8217;amoni de les aig\u00fces residuals en nitrats, la desnitrificaci\u00f3 redueix el nitrat a nitrogen permetent que el producte escapament en estat gas\u00f3s cap a l&#8217;atmosfera. En canvi els processos anaerobis, tamb\u00e9 considerats fermentatius o degradants, es caracteritzen per convertir la mat\u00e8ria org\u00e0nica processada en compostos de met\u00e0 i di\u00f2xid de carboni mitjan\u00e7ant bacteris que s&#8217;encarreguen de la degradaci\u00f3 dels s\u00f2lids que arriben fins aquesta etapa. En aquest no hi ha cap compost a for\u00e7a d&#8217;oxidants, de manera que les reaccions qu\u00edmiques resultants d&#8217;aquests processos alliberen una petita part de l&#8217;energia mentre que el restant energ\u00e8tic roman en el compost de met\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment es realitza el tractament terciari, aquest pot tenir naturalesa fisicoqu\u00edmica o biol\u00f2gica i per afinar el resultat de la composici\u00f3 de l&#8217;efluent i els m\u00e8todes aplicats seran molt variables en funci\u00f3 de l&#8217;origen i dest\u00ed de l&#8217;aigua a tractar.<\/p>\n<p>En tots els tractaments especificats \u00e9s com\u00fa la formaci\u00f3 d&#8217;escuma en el l\u00edquid tant per l&#8217;agitaci\u00f3 del medi en processos hidr\u00e0ulics o mec\u00e0nics aix\u00ed com la ventilaci\u00f3 intencionada. Aquesta escuma fora de control pot generar irregularitats en els processos aix\u00ed com danyar la maquin\u00e0ria utilitzada o produir alteracions en els sistemes de depuraci\u00f3 biol\u00f2gics augmentant els costos associats i disminuint la productivitat dels processos. Per aquest motiu \u00e9s necessari incorporar agents auxiliars en els processos coneguts com antiescumants.<\/p>\n<p>Els antiespumants s\u00f3n productes qu\u00edmics que permeten controlar i, si cal, eliminar l&#8217;escuma en l&#8217;aigua tractada per evitar les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies negatives de la seva aparici\u00f3 o exc\u00e9s en etapes en qu\u00e8 no es desitja. Els antiescumants contenen tensioactius que permeten el control la tensi\u00f3 superficial del l\u00edquid. Els antiespumants es difonen amb rapidesa en la interfase l\u00edquid-gas per desestabilitzar les estructures micelars afavorint el col\u00b7lapse de les bombolles.<\/p>\n<p>Els antiespumants per al tractament d&#8217;aig\u00fces poden ser necessaris en sectors industrials molt diversos.
