{"id":102780,"date":"2017-08-30T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-08-29T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/concentrol.efimatica.com\/presentacio-de-concentrol-a-pse-europe-2017-nous-surfactants-de-silicona-per-escumes-hr-amb-baixes-emissions\/"},"modified":"2025-07-31T12:39:04","modified_gmt":"2025-07-31T10:39:04","slug":"presentacio-de-concentrol-a-pse-europe-2017-nous-surfactants-de-silicona-per-escumes-hr-amb-baixes-emissions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hosting175685eu-cp704.wordpresstemporal.com\/ca\/presentacio-de-concentrol-a-pse-europe-2017-nous-surfactants-de-silicona-per-escumes-hr-amb-baixes-emissions\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentaci\u00f3 de Concentrol a PSE Europe 2017: Nous surfactants de silicona per escumes HR amb baixes emissions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Del 27 al 29 de juny Concentrol va assistir al PSE Europe (Exhibici\u00f3 Internacional de Solucions de Poliuret\u00e0) on va presentar un seminari amb el t\u00edtol \u00ab<strong>Nous surfactants de silicona per escumes HR amb baixes emissions<\/strong>\u00bb a c\u00e0rrec del Dr. Josep Nadal i el Sr. Adri\u00e0 L\u00f3pez del departament t\u00e8cnic.<\/p>\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3 estava dividida en tres seccions: una introducci\u00f3 general sobre les escumes de poliuret\u00e0 flexible, una part experimental amb els corresponents resultats i les conclusions finals. L&#8217;objectiu dels experiments era trobar surfactants efica\u00e7os que alhora presentessin el m\u00ednim d\u2019emissions vol\u00e0tils i que aconseguissin uns bons resultats tant a nivell d&#8217;estabilitat com de regulaci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INTRODUCCI\u00d3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;inici de la confer\u00e8ncia el Dr. Nadal va fer una introducci\u00f3 sobre les escumes flexibles de poliuret\u00e0 i la seva evoluci\u00f3 al llarg de la hist\u00f2ria, trobant l&#8217;origen als anys 50 i un canvi important a la d\u00e8cada dels 80 on ja es va comen\u00e7ar a posar de manifest la necessitat d\u2019aconseguir una reducci\u00f3 de les emissions vol\u00e0tils. Als anys 90 es van comen\u00e7ar a comercialitzar surfactants per formulacions de tipus MDI. El canvi m\u00e9s recent se situa als anys 2000 quan es va poder analitzar de forma molt precisa el valor de les emissions vol\u00e0tils a la introducci\u00f3 de m\u00e8todes d\u2019an\u00e0lisi basats en la desorci\u00f3 t\u00e8rmica.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 es van presentar els experiments fets als laboratoris de Concentrol dividits en dues parts; la primera era la <strong>s\u00edntesi i caracteritzaci\u00f3 de 24 surfactants<\/strong> dissenyats espec\u00edficament per emetre baixes emissions. En aquest apartat s\u2019han presentat els resultats de les emissions vol\u00e0tils m\u00e0ximes per cadascun dels surfactants a partir dels an\u00e0lisis per cromatografia de gasos (GC).<\/p>\n<p>En la segona part es feia refer\u00e8ncia a la preparaci\u00f3 d\u2019<strong>escumes de tipus TDI i MDI<\/strong> emprant els surfactants pr\u00e8viament sintetitzats. Sobre aquestes escumes s\u2019han fet an\u00e0lisis f\u00edsics i s\u2019han relacionat aquests resultats amb les emissions te\u00f2riques calculades per cadascun dels surfactants.<\/p>\n<p>Els 24 nous surfactants s\u2019han sintetitzat a partir de la combinaci\u00f3 de 6 poli\u00e8ters i 4 polisiloxans. Entre les anal\u00edtiques que s\u2019han fet s\u2019inclou l\u2019an\u00e0lisi del punt de terbolesa que permet classificar els surfactants en funci\u00f3 de la seva polaritat, l\u2019an\u00e0lisi del pes molecular (mitjan\u00e7ant cromatografia GPC) i l\u2019an\u00e0lisi dels components vol\u00e0tils mitjan\u00e7ant cromatografia de gasos (GC-FID).<\/p>\n<p>Aquests nous surfactants s\u2019han provat en dues formulacions diferents, representatives de les actualment utilitzades en la fabricaci\u00f3 d\u2019escumes de poliuret\u00e0 per seients de cotxe. Una formulaci\u00f3 de tipus TDI i una formulaci\u00f3 de tipus MDI. <strong>Formulaci\u00f3 TDI<\/strong> Es van elaborar les escumes amb creixement lliure amb cadascun dels 24 nous surfactants, amb la dosificaci\u00f3 del 1% (parts per 100 parts de poliol, pphp). Una menor densitat de l\u2019escuma, un bon aspecte general i una bona regulaci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular han estat els par\u00e0metres qualitatius utilitzats per discriminar 12 dels 24 surfactants com els m\u00e9s adients. Seguidament, aquests 12 surfactants van ser testats al 0&#8217;5% pphp, i dels 12 surfactants, 6 d&#8217;ells van donar encara millors resultats. Es va poder comprovar que l<strong>a densitat amb creixement lliure havia baixat significativament, disminuint dels 51 Kg\/m3 (escuma sense surfactant) i dels 33 Kg\/m3 (escuma amb el surfactant patr\u00f3 CONCENTROL STB PU-1259 PF), als 31 kg\/m3 de mitjana i mostrant una millor estabilitat i aspecte general de l\u2019escuma<\/strong>. D\u2019entre els 6 surfactants, destacaven amb els millors resultats els surfactants MX-11, MX-12 i MX-13.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FORMULACI\u00d3\u00a0MDI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Feta la primera selecci\u00f3 en les escumes de tipus TDI, en aquest cas, nom\u00e9s es van testar els 12 millors surfactants. La primera dosificaci\u00f3 assajada ha estat del 0&#8217;5% pphp. Coincidint amb els resultats anteriors, 6 surfactants han estat els que han originat les millors escumes en termes de menors densitats, bona aparen\u00e7a i bona regulaci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular en general.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a densitat en creixement lliure, aconsegueixen valors en el rang 44-47 Kg\/m3, mentre que el valor de densitat sense surfactant est\u00e0 en 50 Kg\/m3 i el valor de densitat amb el surfactant patr\u00f3 CONCENTROL STB PU-1259 PF \u00e9s de 48 Kg\/m3.<\/p>\n<p>Tot seguit es van preparar escumes en motlle, de densitat 67 Kg\/m3, per mesurar els valors de For\u00e7a de Trencament (FTC). Un valor de FTC baix s\u2019associa a una escuma d\u2019estructura cel\u00b7lular oberta i un valor FTC alt, a una escuma de cel\u00b7la m\u00e9s tancada. En escumes de tipus flexible, les escumes amb estructures cel\u00b7lulars obertes s\u00f3n desitjables, de manera que habitualment un valor de FTC baix i poc depenent de la concentraci\u00f3 de surfactant \u00e9s el m\u00e9s idoni. Tots 6 surfactants mostren valors de FTC baixos, lleugerament inferiors als obtinguts emprant el surfactant patr\u00f3 CONCENTROL STB PU-1259 PF, i per tant, una estructura cel\u00b7lular oberta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EMISSIONS DE COMPONENTS VOL\u00c0TILS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Emprant la t\u00e8cnica de la cromatografia de gasos, escollint els patrons adequats, es poden quantificar els components vol\u00e0tils presents en cadascun dels surfactants. Aquesta t\u00e8cnica esdev\u00e9 una eina \u00fatil, precisa i r\u00e0pida pel c\u00e0lcul m\u00e0xim d\u2019emissions vol\u00e0tils de qualsevol surfactant de silicona, i \u00e9s un complement idoni en l\u2019\u00fas dels m\u00e8todes de desorci\u00f3 t\u00e8rmica directa habituals com el VDA-278. A trav\u00e9s dels experiments es va poder comprovar que els nous surfactants MX-01, MX-02 i MX-03 emeten menys components vol\u00e0tils que el surfactant est\u00e0ndard (CONCENTROL STB PU-1259-PF). Aquest surfactant est\u00e0ndard ha estat avaluat pr\u00e8viament i es pot considerar que ja \u00e9s molt baix en emissions, de manera que almenys 3 dels nous surfactants ofereixen encara millors resultats en termes d\u2019emissions vol\u00e0tils.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONCLUSIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019elecci\u00f3 d\u2019una correcta composici\u00f3 qu\u00edmica i un adequat pes molecular del surfactant \u00e9s la clau a l\u2019hora de reduir les emissions de components vol\u00e0tils (VDA-278) de manera que es poden aconseguir escumes gaireb\u00e9 lliures d\u2019emissions causades o
