Normalment s&#8217;associa a la producci\u00f3 de tancs i dip\u00f2sits, per\u00f2 aquesta tecnologia s&#8217;est\u00e0 comen\u00e7ant a aplicar per fer diferents peces de pl\u00e0stic per al sector m\u00e8dic, agr\u00f2nom, jardins, components automotrius, joguines, equip esportiu&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>En les \u00faltimes d\u00e8cades hi ha hagut una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;aven\u00e7os t\u00e8cnics molt importants que han donat lloc a una millora de la tecnologia amb noves m\u00e0quines, motlles i materials a preus molt competitius.<\/p>\n<p>El principi de funcionament del rotomoldeig \u00e9s senzill i permet al fabricant controlar amb molta precisi\u00f3 les dimensions de les seves peces i les seves propietats. Els motlles utilitzats amb aquesta t\u00e8cnica s\u00f3n relativament econ\u00f2mics i permeten la realitzaci\u00f3 de peces buides sense soldadures controlant el gruix de la paret sense haver de retocar el motlle. El proc\u00e9s \u00e9s molt automatitzable i no hi ha minva de mat\u00e8ria primera.<\/p>\n<p>Amb un disseny adequat del motlle i l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;un bon desenmotllant \u00e9s possible rotomoldejar peces complexes que serien dif\u00edcils de produir mitjan\u00e7ant altres m\u00e8todes com el bufat o el termoformat.<\/p>\n<p>El proc\u00e9s consisteix a introduir una quantitat de resina pl\u00e0stica en pols, normalment granulada, en un motlle buit amb forma de petxina. El motlle s&#8217;escalfa a temperatures superiors a 200\u00baC mentre gira en dos eixos a una velocitat de rotaci\u00f3 d\u2019entre 5 i 25 revolucions per minut perqu\u00e8 el pl\u00e0stic es fongui i s&#8217;adhereixi, formant una capa sobre la part interna del motlle. En la fase de refredament el motlle segueix girant perqu\u00e8 el pl\u00e0stic se solidifiqui homog\u00e8niament amb la forma desitjada. Un cop el pl\u00e0stic obt\u00e9 les propietats i forma final desitjades, es para a la rotaci\u00f3 del motlle i s\u2019extreu la pe\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>La mat\u00e8ria primera utilitzada en aquest m\u00e8tode pot aplicar-se tant en format l\u00edquid (PVC-Flexible o PVC-Plastisol) com en pols (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, Polietil\u00e8 entrecreuat, EVA, Nylon, Policarbonat).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-119338\" src=\"https:\/\/concentrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Rotomoldeig-cat-297x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"297\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hosting175685eu-cp704.wordpresstemporal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Rotomoldeig-cat-297x300.png 297w, https:\/\/hosting175685eu-cp704.wordpresstemporal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Rotomoldeig-cat.png 514w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 297px) 100vw, 297px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Figura 1. Proc\u00e9s de rotomoldeig<\/p>\n<p>Concentrol ha desenvolupat als seus laboratoris el desenmotllant base solvent Concentrol LP PD-106 i el desenmotllant base aigua Concentrol PA-2, tots dos de gran efic\u00e0cia per al m\u00e8tode de rotomoldeig.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes refer\u00e8ncies s&#8217;apliquen sobre el motlle al principi del proc\u00e9s proporcionant una barrera lubricant protectora per a la superf\u00edcie met\u00e0l\u00b7lica del motlle i garantint el contacte del motlle amb el pl\u00e0stic durant el cicle de calor i el cicle de refredat fins que la pe\u00e7a obt\u00e9 la cohesi\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria en la seva estructura. El mateix desenmotllant permet una r\u00e0pida i f\u00e0cil extracci\u00f3 de la pe\u00e7a del motlle sense cap abrasi\u00f3 a la superf\u00edcie.<\/p>\n<p>El producte desemmotllant no es transfereix a la superf\u00edcie del producte final pel que no interfereix en processos posteriors.
