Angel Rodr\u00edguez Guitart i Joaquim Serra Pica, de Concentrol, consideren algunes de les opcions.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha molts factors a considerar per escollir el sistema de desemmotllament adequat per a una pe\u00e7a de poliuret\u00e0 enmotllat. La ind\u00fastria d&#8217;agents de desemmotllament ha estat treballant dur per reduir l&#8217;impacte ambiental, millorar l&#8217;economia en \u00fas i mantenir l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia dels desemmotllants per al sector.<\/p>\n<p>Un dels desafiaments m\u00e9s dif\u00edcils dels darrers anys ha estat reduir l&#8217;acabat greix\u00f3s que els agents de desemmotllament a base d&#8217;aigua poden donar a les peces.<\/p>\n<p>La pressi\u00f3 per passar dels agents de desemmotllament a base de dissolvent als de base d&#8217;aigua ha estat forta: els fabricants d&#8217;equips originals (OEM) han pressionat a la ind\u00fastria per eliminar els VOC.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 dels treballadors a dissolvents, mesurada a trav\u00e9s dels valors TLV \/ DNEL relacionats amb els dissolvents utilitzats en l&#8217;alliberament del motlle, juntament amb una millora a l&#8217;entorn de l&#8217;\u00e0rea de treball, ha ajudat a dinamitzar el canvi de desemmotllants a for\u00e7a de dissolvents als de base aquosa.<\/p>\n<p>La ind\u00fastria del desemmotllant ha desenvolupat sistemes que ofereixen un acabat millorat de les peces produ\u00efdes amb agents de desemmotllament a base d&#8217;aigua i co-dissolvent. L&#8217;acabat de les peces s&#8217;ha tornat m\u00e9s sec, el que permet enganxar en superf\u00edcies coixinets de calefacci\u00f3 i t\u00e8xtils auxiliars sense sacrificar la capacitat de desemmotllament.<\/p>\n<p>No es tracta d&#8217;un extrem o un altre, entre els agents de desemmotllament 100% a for\u00e7a de dissolvent i els 100% a base d&#8217;aigua, tamb\u00e9 hi ha dues solucions interm\u00e8dies: co-dissolvents i h\u00edbrids.<\/p>\n<p>Els agents de desemmotllament de co-dissolvent contenen almenys 75 a 85% d&#8217;aigua i de 5 a 15% de dissolvent i t\u00edpicament tenen un temps d&#8217;assecat m\u00e9s curt i millors emulsions de ceres i ingredients actius que els sistemes 100% a for\u00e7a de aigua.<\/p>\n<p>Els h\u00edbrids es basen en un sistema de suport que \u00e9s mig aigua &#8211; mig dissolvent. S&#8217;afirma que s\u00f3n almenys com un desenmotllantbasat en dissolvent pel que fa a funcionalitat i acabat de la pe\u00e7a desmoldeada, per\u00f2 almenys la meitat de les seves formulacions contenen VOC.<\/p>\n<p>Un tercer enfocament \u00e9s aplicar menys agent de desemmotllament, per\u00f2 m\u00e9s concentrat. Aix\u00f2 permet als usuaris reduir els TLV, VOC i millorar l&#8217;ambient de treball i usar menys.<\/p>\n<p>Un enfocament m\u00e9s sofisticat \u00e9s utilitzar agents de desemmotllament electrost\u00e0tics.<\/p>\n<p>Amb aquests, la pistola d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de desemmotllament est\u00e0 connectada a un pol el\u00e8ctric que est\u00e0 carregat negativament, mentre que el motlle de treball est\u00e0 connectat a un pol positiu. Mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un corrent d&#8217;alta tensi\u00f3, es genera un camp electrost\u00e0tic entre l&#8217;el\u00e8ctrode a la punta de la pistola i el motlle.<\/p>\n<p>Quan l&#8217;aplicador pressiona el gallet per iniciar el flux de l&#8217;agent de desemmotllament, les part\u00edcules d&#8217;aerosol estan carregades negativament.<\/p>\n<p>Les c\u00e0rregues oposades s&#8217;atreuen: el motlle atreu a l&#8217;agent de desemmotllament, cobrint eficientment tota la seva superf\u00edcie. Aix\u00f2 ajuda a evitar p\u00e8rdues innecess\u00e0ries i aix\u00ed ajuda a reduir el consum.<\/p>\n<p>Qualsevol desenmotllantconvencional a for\u00e7a de dissolvent es pot convertir el proc\u00e9s de revestiment de motlle electrost\u00e0tic i aix\u00f2 es pot optimitzar per donar una soluci\u00f3 de conductivitat adequada que satisfaci les necessitats del client o l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Avui en dia les solucions electrost\u00e0tiques no presenten olors fortes o toxicitat addicional, i poden utilitzar-se amb dissolvents de classe I, II o III.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;agents de desemmotllament electrost\u00e0tics pot conduir a una reducci\u00f3 significativa del consum d&#8217;entre el 30 i el 50% en comparaci\u00f3 amb els sistemes convencionals. Aix\u00f2 es deu al fet que el proc\u00e9s evita la sobre-polvoritzaci\u00f3 sobre els suports del motlle, els s\u00f2ls i l&#8217;ambient circumdant. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha una reducci\u00f3 significativa de VOC emesos que ajuda a millorar l&#8217;ambient de treball.<\/p>\n<p>Aplicar sistemes de desemmotllament electrost\u00e0tics \u00e9s m\u00e9s eficient a trav\u00e9s de sistemes rob\u00f2tics &#8211; encara que l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 manual \u00e9s possible. Cal invertir en equipament espec\u00edfic, mentre que les pistoles de polvoritzaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n m\u00e9s grans i m\u00e9s pesades del que \u00e9s habitual.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;agents de desemmotllament electrost\u00e0tics tamb\u00e9 pot conduir a una reducci\u00f3 de flux d&#8217;entre el 30 i el 50%, aix\u00f2 vol dir que la generaci\u00f3 de VOC i TLV s&#8217;estan reduint aquest mateix percentatge.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 ajuda a millorar l&#8217;ambient de treball i hi ha una reducci\u00f3 en l&#8217;impacte ambiental global del proc\u00e9s de modelatge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desenmotllant sense estany:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els prove\u00efdors d&#8217;agents de desemmotllament han estat treballant per reempla\u00e7ar els compostos organoest\u00e0nnics per altres compostos organomet\u00e0l\u00b7lics. Aix\u00f2 ha tingut un \u00e8xit moderat, per\u00f2 els nous materials tenen algunes limitacions.<\/p>\n<p>Els compostos importants a for\u00e7a d&#8217;estany s\u00f3n octoato estann\u00f3s, dilaurato de dibutilestany (DBTDL) i mercaptidos d&#8217;estany. Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;han utilitzat certes sals de plom, mercuri i antimoni.<\/p>\n<p>La substituci\u00f3 de DBTDL com a catalitzador per altres subst\u00e0ncies no organoest\u00e1nnicas \u00e9s possible utilitzant coneixements d&#8217;avantguarda, col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i assajos amb els clients per produir productes a mida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inflamabilitat:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per reduir el risc d&#8217;inflamabilitat, de nou, com en el cas dels VOC \/ TLV, la millor opci\u00f3 \u00e9s canviar de desenmotllant basat en dissolvent a aigua, per\u00f2 hi ha alternatives: Una \u00e9s actualitzar el sistema de desemmotllament per utilitzar un dissolvent menys vol\u00e0til.<\/p>\n<p>La ind\u00fastria del poliuret\u00e0 de la UE treballa \u00e0mpliament en la classificaci\u00f3 de dissolvents segons la Directiva Europea 67\/548 \/ CEE (4). Aquesta divideix els dissolvents en tres grups:<\/p>\n<p>Classe I: F\u00e0cilment inflamable: Subst\u00e0ncies el punt d&#8217;inflamaci\u00f3 \u00e9s inferior a 21\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>Classe II: Inflamable: Subst\u00e0ncies el punt d&#8217;inflamaci\u00f3 \u00e9s entre 21\u00baC i 55\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>Classe III: Combustible. Subst\u00e0ncies el punt d&#8217;inflamaci\u00f3 \u00e9s superior a 55\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>Per exemple, si un modelador utilitzava un desenmotllantde Classe I, que pot contenir hept\u00e0, amb un punt d&#8217;inflamaci\u00f3 menor o igual a 0\u00baC, el pas l\u00f2gic \u00e9s canviar-ho a un desenmotllantde Classe II amb un punt d&#8217;inflamaci\u00f3 de 28\u00baC. Aquest pot contenir una nafta C9-C10.<\/p>\n<p>Canviar d&#8217;un sistema Classe II a 1 Classe III, basat en isoparafina amb un punt d&#8217;inflamaci\u00f3 per sobre de 55\u00baC, de nou reduiria significativament la volatilitat. Canviar a dissolvents de punt d&#8217;inflamaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s alt \u00e9s una bona manera de reduir r\u00e0pidament els VOC i TLV, per\u00f2 hi ha un preu.<\/p>\n<p>El temps d&#8217;assecat augmenta amb l&#8217;augment de la temperatura del punt d&#8217;inflamaci\u00f3 i la manera de treball en la l\u00ednia de producci\u00f3 es torna una mica m\u00e9s cr\u00edtic. Aix\u00f2 es deu al fet que es necessita m\u00e9s temps per assecar en els motlles abans d&#8217;abocar PU en ells.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VOC i FOG<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els VOC s\u00f3n un dels contaminants m\u00e9s importants presents en l&#8217;atmosfera, perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n subst\u00e0ncies clau en la formaci\u00f3 d&#8217;oz\u00f3 troposf\u00e8ric o a nivell de terra i juguen un paper important en la formaci\u00f3 d&#8217;\u00f2xids de nitrogen que contribueixen a l&#8217;escalfament global.<\/p>\n<p>Les reaccions qu\u00edmiques implicades en la formaci\u00f3 d&#8217;oz\u00f3 troposf\u00e8ric s\u00f3n una s\u00e8rie de cicles complexos en els quals el mon\u00f2xid de carboni i els VOC s&#8217;oxiden a vapor d&#8217;aigua i di\u00f2xid de carboni, i tots dos contribueixen al canvi clim\u00e0tic.<\/p>\n<p>La Uni\u00f3 Europea i l&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut defineixen un VOC com \u00abqualsevol compost org\u00e0nic que tingui un punt d&#8217;ebullici\u00f3 inicial inferior o igual a 250 \u00b0 C (482 \u00b0 F) mesurat a una pressi\u00f3 atmosf\u00e8rica normal de 101,3 kPa\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Punt d\u2019ebullici\u00f3 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Denominaci\u00f3 UE \/ OMS<\/p>\n<p>&lt; 50\u00baC \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Compostos org\u00e0nics molt vol\u00e0tils (VVOC)<br \/>\n&gt; 50\u00baC- &lt;250\u00baC \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Compostos org\u00e0nics vol\u00e0tils (VOC)<br \/>\n&gt; 250\u00baC- &lt;400\u00baC \u00a0 \u00a0Compostos org\u00e0nics semivol\u00e0tils (SVOC)<br \/>\n&gt; 400\u00baC \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Mat\u00e8ria Org\u00e0nica de Part\u00edcules (POM)<\/p>\n<p>Els compostos org\u00e0nics vol\u00e0tils s\u00f3n compostos qu\u00edmics org\u00e0nics que contenen \u00e0toms de carboni que tenen una alta pressi\u00f3 de vapor a temperatura ambient ordin\u00e0ria. Aquesta pressi\u00f3 de vapor est\u00e0 relacionada amb el punt d&#8217;ebullici\u00f3. Com m\u00e9s baix \u00e9s el punt d&#8217;ebullici\u00f3 d&#8217;un l\u00edquid, m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid s&#8217;evaporen les seves mol\u00e8cules en l&#8217;aire circumdant.<\/p>\n<p>En el sector de l&#8217;autom\u00f2bil, les normatives VDA d&#8217;Alemanya s\u00f3n molt influents. Les normatives VDA aborden les emissions org\u00e0niques de components d&#8217;automoci\u00f3, i en analitzar-es distingeixen dues classes de compostos: VOC i FOG.<\/p>\n<p>Segons les proves VDA, la quantitat de VOC emesa s&#8217;obt\u00e9 de la suma de VVOC i VOC que s&#8217;evapora f\u00e0cilment de la mostra a una temperatura d&#8217;assaig de 25 &lt;&lt; 100\u00baC i amb una concentraci\u00f3 al cotxe almenys dues vegades m\u00e9s gran que la concentraci\u00f3 exterior. La prova denine FOG com la suma de VOC i SVOC que s&#8217;evaporen de la mostra a temperatura d&#8217;assaig&gt; 90\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TLV, DNEL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els valors l\u00edmit llindar (TLV) s\u00f3n les concentracions de subst\u00e0ncies suspeses en l&#8217;aire. S\u00f3n importants per als usuaris d&#8217;agents de desemmotllament pel fet que la majoria d&#8217;aquests s\u00f3n ruixats sobre el motlle.<\/p>\n<p>Els TLV representen condicions sota les quals es creu que gaireb\u00e9 tots els treballadors poden ser exposats repetidament dia rere dia sense mostrar efectes adversos per a la salut.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha diversos tipus de TLV. La mitjana ponderat en el temps (TWA) \u00e9s la concentraci\u00f3 mitjana, ponderada amb el temps per a un dia laboral normal de 8 hores i una setmana de 40 hores, a la qual els treballadors poden ser exposats repetidament sense efectes adversos per a la salut. Aquests s\u00f3n \u00fatils per definir la mida i la pot\u00e8ncia de la capacitat d&#8217;extracci\u00f3 de la planta per assegurar que el TLV per a cada dissolvent no sigui violat.<\/p>\n<p>El nivell sense efecte derivat (DNEL) \u00e9s el nivell d&#8217;exposici\u00f3 a una subst\u00e0ncia per sobre de la qual els \u00e9ssers humans no han d&#8217;estar exposats.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;acord amb la legislaci\u00f3 de la UE, els fabricants i importadors de subst\u00e0ncies qu\u00edmiques han de calcular els DNEL com a part del seu Avaluaci\u00f3 de Seguretat Qu\u00edmica (CSA) (2) per a qualsevol producte qu\u00edmic utilitzat en quantitats de 10 tones per any o m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>El DNEL mesura el potencial de la subst\u00e0ncia per causar efectes adversos per a la salut. Aquest potencial variar\u00e0 depenent del patr\u00f3 d&#8217;exposici\u00f3 a la subst\u00e0ncia, que generalment es defineix mitjan\u00e7ant una combinaci\u00f3 dels seg\u00fcents elements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La poblaci\u00f3 probable de ser exposada al producte qu\u00edmic, \u00e9s a dir, els treballadors, els consumidors o els \u00e9ssers humans exposats a trav\u00e9s del medi ambient. En alguns casos, es poden considerar subpoblacions vulnerables espec\u00edfiques com a dones embarassades o nens.<\/li>\n<li>La freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia i durada de l&#8217;exposici\u00f3;<\/li>\n<li>La via d&#8217;exposici\u00f3: d\u00e8rmica, per inhalaci\u00f3 o oral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un hidrocarbur desaromatizado C9-C10, que \u00e9s un dissolvent alif\u00e0tic est\u00e0ndard comunament utilitzat com a portador en agents de desemmotllament, cont\u00e9 el seg\u00fcent: DNEL (contacte amb la pell) de 208 mg \/ kg de pes corporal \/ dia i DNEL (inhalaci\u00f3) de 871 mg \/ m3.<\/p>\n<p>Si s&#8217;utilitza un hidrocarbur Classe III C11-C12, el DNEL desapareix.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta \u00e9s una versi\u00f3 editada d&#8217;un article que es va presentar a UTECH les Americas, del 4 al 6
