No requereix activaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de dissolvents o calor per generar una bona adhesi\u00f3 sobre una \u00e0mplia varietat de superf\u00edcies com el paper, pl\u00e0stic, fusta, vidre&#8230; L\u2019adhesi\u00f3 es produeix simplement amb el contacte o una lleugera pressi\u00f3 amb el dit o la m\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Molts dels <strong>adhesius acr\u00edlics base aigua (PSA) <\/strong>tendeixen a generar espuma a causa de la seva composici\u00f3 aquosa. El fet que es generi espuma pot ser cr\u00edtic tant en el proc\u00e9s de formulaci\u00f3 de l\u2019adhesiu com en el de la seva aplicaci\u00f3. En la majoria de casos la formaci\u00f3 d\u2019espuma comporta problemes que afecten negativament la seva producci\u00f3 i el resultat del producte fent que l\u2019adhesiu no compleixi amb els requisits necessaris (for\u00e7a d\u2019adhesi\u00f3, transpar\u00e8ncia en films adhesius o que estigui lliure de defectes). <strong>Els antiespumants s\u00f3n additius qu\u00edmics que han d\u2019eliminar l\u2019espuma i prevenir-ne la formaci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els experts diferenciem entre dos tipus de formaci\u00f3 d\u2019espuma, la macroespuma i la microespuma, ambdues poden ser eliminades amb una petita dosi de l\u2019antiespumant EMULTROL DFM OL-4 de Concentrol. <strong>Eliminar l\u2019espuma no nom\u00e9s permet augmentar la velocitat de producci\u00f3 tant a tu com al teu client, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 evita defectes i irregularitats, ajudant a reduir els costos de producci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019antiespumant EMULTROL DFM OL-4 ha estat seleccionat curosament i formulat per proveir un excel\u00b7lent control de l\u2019espuma en adhesius acr\u00edlics base aigua (PSA). <\/strong>Aplicant una petita quantitat permet eliminar i prevenir l\u2019espuma en l\u2019adhesiu amb la m\u00e0xima compatibilitat, sense efectes adversos en el rendiment de la dispersi\u00f3 i amb un efecte perdurable al llarg del temps.<\/p>\n<p>Per avaluar el rendiment de l\u2019antiespumant EMULTROL DFM OL-4 en adhesius acr\u00edlics base aigua hem realitzat mesures de formaci\u00f3 de macroespuma mitjan\u00e7ant el m\u00e8tode d\u2019injecci\u00f3 de gas comprimit, i mesures de formaci\u00f3 de microespuma mitjan\u00e7ant el m\u00e8tode d\u2019agitaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Per mesurar la formaci\u00f3 de macroespuma es pesen 100g d\u2019adhesiu, s\u2019hi addiciona l\u2019antiespumant EMULTROL DFM OL-4 (dosi 0,16%) i s\u2019injecta nitrogen mitjan\u00e7ant un difusor de gasos (cabal 0,3 L\/min) i es mesura l\u2019increment de l\u2019al\u00e7ada de l\u2019espuma formada. Els resultats obtinguts es comparen amb una mostra d\u2019adhesiu sense antiespumant cada 30 segons durant 15 minuts.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-style: solid; border-width: 0px; height: 334px; margin-left: 100px; margin-right: 100px; width: 500px;\" src=\"https:\/\/gallery.mailchimp.com\/e20bcdbbd9438645cbf9631ce\/images\/157fd515-4d03-4eb9-a081-f6a96c9a04bd.png\" alt=\"grafic 1\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><sup><em>Gr\u00e0fic 1. Resultats de les proves antiespumants en adhesius acr\u00edlics base aigua (PSA) utilitzant el m\u00e8tode d\u2019injecci\u00f3 de gas comprimit.<\/em><\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les mesures de formaci\u00f3 de microspuma es realitzen sobre una mostra de 150g d\u2019adhesiu, al qual s\u2019addiciona l\u2019antiespumant EMULTROL DFM OL-4 (dosi 0,16%) i s\u2019agita intensament a 500rpm durant 5 minuts. A continuaci\u00f3, es determina la densitat de la mostra i se\u2019n calcula el percentatge d\u2019aire.
