Aquests dos grups de solucions consten d&#8217;una \u00e0mplia i vers\u00e0til gamma de productes, la qual cosa permet incidir en molts i diversos sectors d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3. Alguns d&#8217;ells s\u00f3n de vital import\u00e0ncia en l&#8217;economia, com el sector t\u00e8xtil, el paper, el cartr\u00f3, el l\u00e0tex, el suro, les pintures, les tintes i el sector alimentari.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Des de Concentrol, estem en constants processos de recerca per a tractar de trobar la millor soluci\u00f3 possible per als nostres clients. En l&#8217;estudi presentat a continuaci\u00f3, contrastem el comportament hidrof\u00f2bic de les emulsions de cera paraf\u00ednica de dos dels nostres productes de refer\u00e8ncia amb un producte de la compet\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Les emulsions de cera<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Les emulsions de cera s\u00f3n mescles estables d&#8217;una o m\u00e9s ceres en aigua. Les ceres poden ser naturals o sint\u00e8tiques. Segons el car\u00e0cter del sistema emulsionant es classifiquen en i\u00f2niques, no ani\u00f2niques i cati\u00f2niques; encara que tamb\u00e9 es pot utilitzar una mescla d&#8217;emulsionants. Sabem que les formulacions aquoses s\u00f3n complexes i, per aix\u00f2, aquests additius estan lliures de dissolvents org\u00e0nics (base aigua).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Les emulsions de cera s&#8217;utilitzen com a additius industrials per a pintures, tintes i vernissos, entre altres aplicacions. Poden emprar-se en formulacions de productes per al tractament de s\u00f2ls, acabats de fusta, productes per a la cura d&#8217;autom\u00f2bils, paper, pintures i recobriments, tintes i vernissos, fibra de vidre, t\u00e8xtil, \u00fas dom\u00e8stic, lubrificants i desemmotllants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Les emulsions de cera s&#8217;ofereixen en forma de fluids per facilitar el seu \u00fas, dosatge i incorporaci\u00f3 per a major comoditat dels nostres clients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Aquests productes permeten aconseguir propietats de suavitat, efecte mat o brillant, efecte antilliscant, resist\u00e8ncia al ratllat, hidrofugaci\u00f3, duresa. \u00c9s a dir, modifiquen l&#8217;acabat superficial per a millorar i protegir l&#8217;aparen\u00e7a en la interf\u00edcie entre el recobriment i el m\u00f3n exterior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">La penetraci\u00f3 de l&#8217;aigua a trav\u00e9s dels espais de la paret, ja sigui per contacte directe prolongat o a causa de la humitat, pot afectar notablement la durabilitat de les parets provocant danys estructurals i\/o aparici\u00f3 de floridura, a part de ser insalubre, molest i antiest\u00e8tic. L&#8217;\u00fas de les emulsions de cera en les pintures per a incrementar la repelencia a l&#8217;aigua \u00e9s una pr\u00e0ctica molt comuna.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Les emulsions que s&#8217;esmenten a continuaci\u00f3 estan ideades per a garantir les millors prestacions d&#8217;impermeabilitzaci\u00f3. A continuaci\u00f3, es deixa caure una gota d&#8217;aigua damunt d&#8217;aquesta capa, per a poder observar l&#8217;angle d&#8217;humectaci\u00f3 (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">veure Figura 1<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Els resultats obtinguts mostren que les gotes damunt dels productes EMULTROL CM-2655 i EMULTROL CM-2469 SPL exhibeixen un angle de contacte superior al de la gota present damunt del producte de la compet\u00e8ncia. Aquest comportament, denominat efect perlant, demostra una hidrofobicitat superior en els dos primers productes respecte a l&#8217;\u00faltim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A m\u00e9s, s&#8217;ha avaluat durant alguns minuts el comportament d&#8217;aquestes gotes. En la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Figura 2,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s&#8217;observa com al llarg del temps, la gota d&#8217;aigua damunt del producte de la compet\u00e8ncia queda absorbida en el paper, indicant una clara re-emulsi\u00f3 del producte. Aquest efecte ja es pot observar des de l&#8217;inici (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">veure Figura 1<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Cal indicar que, passats 10 minuts, la gota del producte EMULTROL CM-2655 comen\u00e7a a humitejar lentament una petita zona del paper, sense arribar mai a quedar completament absorbida.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image media=\u00bb111664&#8243; media_width_percent=\u00bb100&#8243;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Figura 1 \u2013 Aspecte de les gotes d&#8217;aigua damunt de les capes de producte sobre paper<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image media=\u00bb111658&#8243; media_width_percent=\u00bb100&#8243;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Figura 2 \u2013 Aspecte de les gotes d&#8217;aigua en 1, 2 i 10 minuts.<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">En conclusi\u00f3, creiem que els productes EMULTROL CM-2655 i EMULTROL CM-2469 SPL s\u00f3n bons candidats per a ser usats com a additius hidrofugants.
