Es tracta dels adhesius sensibles a la pressi\u00f3, que estan composts per resines que modifiquen els par\u00e0metres de cohesi\u00f3 i adhesi\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dins dels PSA trobem diferents productes: dispersions de resines, agents antiespumants, emulsions de cera i silicona, additius de superf\u00edcie de silicona i altres productes auxiliars.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n els PSA?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els autoadhesius (coneguts com a PSA per les seves sigles en angl\u00e8s) poden unir una varietat de materials com ara papers, pl\u00e0stics, metalls, fusta i vidre. Un adhesiu PSA \u00e9s un s\u00f2lid que no requereix activaci\u00f3 per aigua, solvent o calor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00f3n adhesius permanentment enganxosos a temperatura ambient i es poden utilitzar com a reempla\u00e7ament de multitud de fixacions. La seva facilitat d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 fa que aquests adhesius siguin \u00e0mpliament utilitzats en molts processos de fabricaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dins de l&#8217;ampli m\u00f3n dels autoadhesius, el mercat de les etiquetes autoadhesives representa un volum enormement gran i en creixement. Concentrol fa anys que terballa en aquest sector amb el desenvolupament i elaboraci\u00f3 de productes com ara: dispersions de resines, antiespumants, emulsions de cera i silicona i additius de superf\u00edcie de silicona<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Com es fabriquen?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El proc\u00e9s de fabricaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un autoadhesiu (PSA), consta de quatre fases: <\/span><b>siliconat, adhesiu, condicionament i formaci\u00f3 del complex<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De forma resumida, es fa passar el suport (paper) per un cap\u00e7al on se li afegeix la silicona, per a obtenir el paper siliconat. Posteriorment, aquest s&#8217;introdueix en un altre cap\u00e7al on se li afegeix l&#8217;adhesiu i finalment se li uneix una l\u00e0mina per a formar l&#8217;autoadhesiu pr\u00f2piament dit.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>El Siliconat<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El siliconat consisteix a aplicar una capa de silicona al paper suport, que ens permetr\u00e0 aplicar l&#8217;adhesiu i transferir-ho a la l\u00e0mina, protegint l&#8217;adhesiu fins al seu \u00fas final i facilitant que la l\u00e0mina pugui enlairar-se f\u00e0cilment del suport. En definitiva, el siliconat ens permet donar al paper un tractament antiadherent per a evitar que el suport i la l\u00e0mina quedin pegats entre si.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La capa de siliconat que s&#8217;aplica al suport pot variar, depenent del mateix suport i del producte final, encara que en general sol rondar els 1,1 a 1,3 g\/m\u00b2. Posteriorment el suport (paper), ja siliconat, entra en un t\u00fanel d&#8217;assecament on es realitza la reticulaci\u00f3 i polimeritzaci\u00f3 a temperatures molt elevades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El siliconat \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s molt important, ja que interv\u00e9 de molt marcada en el \u201crelease\u201d, que \u00e9s la propietat que ens mesura la for\u00e7a de separaci\u00f3 entre la l\u00e0mina i el suport. Resulta de vital import\u00e0ncia per a la impressi\u00f3 de la bobina on es produeix el desmallat i l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 autom\u00e0tica d&#8217;etiquetes en l&#8217;etiquetadora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si el release \u00e9s molt alt, pot provocar trencament de la malla i atur del proc\u00e9s productiu, aix\u00ed com errors de dispensaci\u00f3 de les etiquetes. Al contrari, si el release \u00e9s molt baix, poden arribar a desprendre&#8217;s etiquetes del suport.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>L\u2019adhesiu<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s la fase en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;aplica l&#8217;adhesiu al suport siliconat. Posteriorment es realitza un assecat per a eliminar l&#8217;aigua o dissolvent que contingui. La quantitat d&#8217;adhesiu que aplica sobre el suport oscil\u00b7la entre 10-25 g\/m\u00b2, depenent l&#8217;\u00fas final que se li vagi a donar.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>El condicionament<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el condicionament es realitza una operaci\u00f3 de recondicionat d&#8217;humitat al producte fent-lo passar per una rampa de vapor a baixa pressi\u00f3, ja que els assecaments en les fases de siliconat i adhesiu s\u00f3n efectes no desitjats.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>La formaci\u00f3 del complex<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es tracta de l&#8217;\u00faltima fase del proc\u00e9s i es duu a terme quan s&#8217;ajunta el suport amb la l\u00e0mina. Aquest proc\u00e9s es produeix quan l&#8217;adhesiu est\u00e0 prou sec i el suport t\u00e9 el grau d&#8217;humitat necessari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per a ajuntar el suport adhesiu amb la l\u00e0mina, es fa passar entre dos corrons de contacte, quedant totes dues capes adherides. Pel fet que el suport t\u00e9 un tractament antiadherent obtingut per la silicona, l&#8217;adhesiu queda \u00fanicament pegat a la l\u00e0mina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Com es classifiquen les tecnologies dels adhesius?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les tecnologies es classifiquen en funci\u00f3 de la composici\u00f3 dels adhesius, existint quatre grans grups: emulsions aquoses (acr\u00edlics), base solvents, hotmelt i reticulaci\u00f3 per UV.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Les emulsions aquoses (acr\u00edlics)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es tracta de pol\u00edmers acr\u00edlics dispersos en aigua. S\u00f3n els de major utilitzaci\u00f3. En general l&#8217;adhesiu acr\u00edlic t\u00e9 bones propietats f\u00edsiques per a una gamma \u00e0mplia d&#8217;aplicacions exteriors i a llarg termini.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquests adhesius poden ser en base acr\u00edlica, elaborats amb pol\u00edmers acr\u00edlics d&#8217;enlla\u00e7 creuats (cross-linked), encara que resulten molt m\u00e9s costosos, o b\u00e9 amb acr\u00edlics modificats amb resines taquificants (gamma \u00e0mplia de Concentrol) que s&#8217;utilitzen per a millorar les propietats d&#8217;uni\u00f3, oferint una major adhesi\u00f3 inicial i una major capacitat d&#8217;uni\u00f3 a les superf\u00edcies de baixa energia, encara que hi ha una p\u00e8rdua de resist\u00e8ncia a la llum UV i els solvents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest tipus de productes presenten nombrosos avantatges: s\u00f3n senzills de manipular, no inflamables i tenen un baix nivell de contaminaci\u00f3, una bona resist\u00e8ncia a llum solar, a ox\u00edgens i a calor, poca tend\u00e8ncia a la migraci\u00f3,\u00a0 i ofereixen adhesi\u00f3, cohesi\u00f3 i tack. No obstant aix\u00f2, t\u00e9 baixa adhesi\u00f3 a substrats apolars i a baixes temperatures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>La base solvent<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00f3n pol\u00edmers acr\u00edlics en una soluci\u00f3 a base de petroli o solvent. Solen tenir un bon tack i una bona adhesivitat, aix\u00ed com una bona adhesivitat en superf\u00edcies apolars. Tenen un cost elevat, un risc de perillositat i s\u00f3n poc ecol\u00f2gics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>El hotmelt<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00f3n mescles de cautx\u00fa amb resines, plastificants i altres additius que s&#8217;apliquen en el moment de produir el complex autoadhesiu en forma fosa mitjan\u00e7ant calor a temperatures superiors a 120 \u00b0C. En aquest proc\u00e9s no hi ha intervenci\u00f3 d&#8217;aigua i dissolvents.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquests adhesius aporten un bon tack, excel\u00b7lent adhesi\u00f3 a substrats humits, aix\u00ed com una bona adhesi\u00f3 a substrats polars. No obstant aix\u00f2, cal esmentar els seg\u00fcents desavantatges:\u00a0 tenen una mala resist\u00e8ncia a la calor, sofreixen de migraci\u00f3 frontal i s\u00f3n de pitjor envelliment (oxigen i raigs UV).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>La Reticulaci\u00f3 per UV<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es tracta d&#8217;una tecnologia m\u00e9s recent. S\u00f3n adhesius 100% s\u00f2lids que s&#8217;apliquen fosos i posteriorment s\u00f3n reticulats amb radiacions ultraviolades (per tant, termoestables).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El seu nivell d&#8217;utilitzaci\u00f3 \u00e9s m\u00e9s baix i un dels seus avantatges \u00e9s que t\u00e9 un gran nombre d&#8217;aplicacions. No obstant aix\u00f2, no t\u00e9 bon rendiment en substrats apolars i a baixes temperatures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Quines s\u00f3n les aplicacions dels autoadhesius?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els autoadhesius tenen una gran varietat d&#8217;aplicacions en multitud de sectors. Dins d&#8217;aquest ampli m\u00f3n, ens focalitzarem en un dels grans segments de mercat: les etiquetes autoadhesives PSA. No obstant aix\u00f2, el mercat de major volum \u00e9s el de les cintes autoadhesives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El segment de les etiquetes autoadhesives est\u00e0 clarament dominat pels productes a base d&#8217;emulsions acr\u00edliques en base aigua, sent els sectors m\u00e9s importants: embalatge, alimentaci\u00f3 i begudes, electr\u00f2nica i laminatges, medicina i farmac\u00e8utic, automoci\u00f3 i transport i construcci\u00f3, entre altres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El tipus d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com el volum i intensitat de l&#8217;etiquetatge marcaran en bona manera el tipus de suport. En la majoria dels casos es tractar\u00e0 d&#8217;etiquetatges autom\u00e0tics, o b\u00e9 en fulles per a fer etiquetatges manuals, sent les caracter\u00edstiques diferents tant pel manipulat com pel tipus de pressi\u00f3 en aplicar les etiquetes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Quins materials s&#8217;usen per a la fabricaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;autoadhesiu?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les mat\u00e8ries primeres que intervenen en la fabricaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un suport autoadhesiu s\u00f3n el <\/span><b>suport<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>l&#8217;adhesiu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i el <\/span><b>paper release<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (l\u00e0mina).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els suports es diferencien principalment pel seu subministrament, sigui la bobina o els <\/span><b>fulls de paper<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><b>bobina<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9s un paper complex autoadhesiu en amplitud i longitud. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha bobines amb suport Kraft, encara que no serveixen per a ser utilitzades per a aplicaci\u00f3 autom\u00e0tica, per la qual cosa es transformen en fulles. Se solen utilitzar en la qualitat l\u00e0ser.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els <\/span><b>fulls de paper<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, per part seva, s\u00f3n fulles de major gramatge (ej: 80-130 g\/m\u00b2), que depenen de si \u00e9s amb cort o sense cort i de la mena de l\u00e0mina. Perqu\u00e8 les fulles tinguin un bon comportament en les encunyacions, la regularitat de calibre \u00e9s molt important.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com ja hem esmentat, existeixen quatre tipus de tecnologies diferents. A Concentol estem b\u00e0sicament centrats en els <\/span><b>adhesius acr\u00edlics<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (emulsions aquoses).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els pol\u00edmers acr\u00edlics s&#8217;usen \u00e0mpliament per a la fabricaci\u00f3 dels <\/span><b>autoadhesius PSA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Els mon\u00f2mers acr\u00edlics t\u00edpics, com ara \u00e0cid acr\u00edlic, metacrilat de metil, acrilat de 2-etilhexil, acrilat de butil i altres mon\u00f2mers, quan es polimeritzen formen pol\u00edmers acr\u00edlics enganxosos de manera permanent.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D&#8217;aquesta manera, s&#8217;obtenen propietats d&#8217;estabilitat a la calor, millor resist\u00e8ncia a l&#8217;oxidaci\u00f3 i a la calor, aix\u00ed com a la radiaci\u00f3 ultraviolada i s&#8217;adhereixen b\u00e9 a superf\u00edcies polides, com el paper, vidre, poli\u00e8ster i pl\u00e0stics de policarbonat.\u00a0 La seva principal feblesa \u00e9s la uni\u00f3 a superf\u00edcies de baixa energia superficial, com ara el polietil\u00e8 i el polipropil\u00e8.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquests adhesius acr\u00edlics es poden elaborar amb pol\u00edmers acr\u00edlics d&#8217;enlla\u00e7os creuats, la qual cosa es denomina cross-linked, resultant adhesius base m\u00e9s costosos, encara que amb bona resist\u00e8ncia a la calor i l&#8217;oxidaci\u00f3. Tenen una menor adhesi\u00f3 inicial i requereixen un major per\u00edode d&#8217;assentament per a obtenir una m\u00e0xima adhesi\u00f3. No obstant aix\u00f2, tenen menor propensi\u00f3 a desenvolupar ribes amb adhesiu i mantenen un nivell m\u00e9s constant de mobilitat en etiquetes amovibles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els adhesius amb <\/span><b>resines taquificants<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s\u00f3n adhesius acr\u00edlics modificats, en una proporci\u00f3 aproximada del 20% taquificant \/ 80% acr\u00edlica que ens permet obtenir uns millors costos. A m\u00e9s d&#8217;una major adhesi\u00f3 inicial i una major capacitat d&#8217;uni\u00f3 a superf\u00edcies de baixa energia, tamb\u00e9 es produeix una p\u00e8rdua en la resist\u00e8ncia a la llum UV i als solvents. Concentrol t\u00e9 una \u00e0mplia gamma de resines taquificants que permeten als nostres clients poder realitzar uns autoadhesius acr\u00edlics modificats amb excel\u00b7lents resultats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Passant a la <\/span><b>l\u00e0mina<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, es tracta del material frontal de l&#8217;autoadhesiu que acaba convertint-se en etiqueta. En funci\u00f3 de la qualitat, substrat, aix\u00ed com altres par\u00e0metres s&#8217;utilitzen diferents tipus de l\u00e0mina: paper estucat amb diferents acabats; paper off-set calandratge; l\u00e0mina d&#8217;alumini; paper metal\u00b7litzat; film d&#8217;acetat de cel\u00b7lulosa, de policlorur de vinil, de polipropil\u00e8, de polietil\u00e8 i de fibres de poliolefina; i termo paper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Quins par\u00e0metres hem de controlar per a un bon funcionament?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per al correcte funcionament del complex, \u00e9s de vital import\u00e0ncia controlar els seg\u00fcents par\u00e0metres: peel &#8211; adhesivitat, quick stick, rolling ball, cohesi\u00f3 i release.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Peel<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El peel \u00e9s una mesura de la capacitat d&#8217;adhesi\u00f3, a partir del \u00a0 qual es defineix l&#8217;adhesiu, podent ser:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amovible: S\u00f3n aquells que es poden enlairar una vegada aplicats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Permanent: No es poden enlairar una vegada aplicats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Super permanents: S\u00f3n aquells que s&#8217;utilitzen quan el substrat on apliquem l&#8217;etiqueta presenta dificultats d&#8217;adhesi\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El peel \u00e9s la for\u00e7a requerida per a enlairar a 180\u00e8 i 300 mm\/min una tira de 25 mm d&#8217;ample adherida amb la pressi\u00f3 exercida per un corr\u00f3 de 2 kg sobre una placa de diferents materials despr\u00e9s de determinats temps d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Quick stick i Rolling ball<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00f3n dos assajos per a mesurar el tack o enfigassament de l&#8217;adhesiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El tack \u00e9s molt important en les aplicacions autom\u00e0tiques. Un tack elevat ens indica que l&#8217;adhesiu quedar\u00e0 pegat en el moment que t\u00e9 contacte amb el substrat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En aplicacions manuals el tack no t\u00e9 tanta import\u00e0ncia, ja que la persona que pega l&#8217;etiqueta pot donar la pressi\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria perqu\u00e8 aquesta quedi ben adherida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Quick stick \u00e9s un assaig que mesura la for\u00e7a necess\u00e0ria per a enlairar a 300 mm\/min immediatament un lla\u00e7 de 190 x 25 mm de l\u00e0mina adhesivada pegada sobre una placa d&#8217;acer inoxidable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Rolling ball \u00e9s un assaig que mesura la dist\u00e0ncia en cent\u00edmetres, recorreguda per una bola d&#8217;acer inoxidable de 11,1 mm de di\u00e0metre. Aquesta cau per un pla inclinat 30\u00e8 i roda sobre la mostra quedant frenada per la pel\u00b7l\u00edcula adhesiva d&#8217;aquesta. A menor Rolling ball, major tack.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Cohesi\u00f3<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La cohesi\u00f3 ens indica la resist\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;adhesiu a fluir. Aquest \u00e9s un problema important quan tractem de guillotinar les fulles d&#8217;autoadhesiu, ja que, si l&#8217;adhesiu no t\u00e9 la cohesi\u00f3 suficient, pot fluir per les vores i les fulles queden pegades entre si.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per a mesurar la cohesi\u00f3 s&#8217;analitza la for\u00e7a d&#8217;enlla\u00e7 o fragmentaci\u00f3 de la pel\u00b7l\u00edcula adhesiva en dues parts en aplicar un parell de forces. L&#8217;assaig es basa en el temps necessari perqu\u00e8 un pes d&#8217;1 kg fraccioni internament la pel\u00b7l\u00edcula adhesiva d&#8217;una tira de mostra pegada sobre una placa de vidre de 2n respecte a la vertical.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Release<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ens mesura la for\u00e7a de separaci\u00f3 entre la l\u00e0mina i el suport i \u00e9s d&#8217;elevada import\u00e0ncia per al moment de la impressi\u00f3 i desmallat aix\u00ed com en l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 autom\u00e0tica d&#8217;etiquetes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per a fer l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi del release, es treballa amb dues velocitats: baixa velocitat (300mm\/min) i alta velocitat (150 m\/min).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>La Gamma d&#8217;adhesius sensibles a la pressi\u00f3 de Concentrol<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>Emulsions de silicona i cera<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les emulsions de silicona normalment contenen un component de silicona (sol ser oli de silicona), aigua i els emulsionants requerits per obtenir una emulsi\u00f3 estable. Tamb\u00e9 poden usar-se en aplicacions sobre suports porosos i polars com el paper i cartr\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les dispersons de resina de Concentrol ofereixen una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;avantatges: APEO Free, R + D Flexible, lots de fabricaci\u00f3 flexibles i productes aptes per contacte indirecte amb aliments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Antiespumants<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Molts dels adhesius acr\u00edlics base aigua (PSA) tendeixen a generar espuma, causa de la seva composici\u00f3 aquosa. El fet que es generi espuma pot ser cr\u00edtic, tant en el proc\u00e9s de formulaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;adhesiu com en el de la seva aplicaci\u00f3. Aplicant una petita quantitat d&#8217;antiespumant permet eliminar i prevenir l&#8217;espuma en l&#8217;adhesiu amb la m\u00e0xima compatibilitat, sense efectes adversos en el rendiment de la dispersi\u00f3 i un efecte perdurable en el temps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el desenvolupament d\u2019antiespumants per al paper autoadhesiu s&#8217;ha tingut especial consideraci\u00f3 per aconseguir una bona efectivitat sense empitjorar la humectaci\u00f3 de les formulacions adhesives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els antiespumants s\u00f3n efica\u00e7os (dosis inferiors a 50-100 ppm silicona activa), duradors, actuen com antiespumants i desespumants, i s\u00f3n segurs (molts compleixen amb la normativa europea i Americana FDA). S&#8217;utilitzen els antiespumants d&#8217;oli especialment desenvolupats per PSA, ja que tenen propietats desairejants en recirculaci\u00f3.
