Aix\u00f2 implica un proc\u00e9s de comprovaci\u00f3 de l’efic\u00e0cia i la rendibilitat dels nostres productes en laboratori. En el present estudi, hem comprovat l’efic\u00e0cia antiespumant i desairejant de l\u2019antiespumant <\/span>EMULTROL DFM AFO-1, alternativa a OLM-17.<\/b><\/p>\n

Per a la determinaci\u00f3 de l’efic\u00e0cia desairejant, a curt i llarg termini, dels antiespumants estudiats, s’han realitzat assajos de microespuma basats \u200b\u200ben el <\/span>m\u00e8tode d’agitaci\u00f3<\/b>. S’ha utilitzat com a mitj\u00e0 el <\/span>PLIODISP\u00ae7215<\/b>, una dispersi\u00f3 aquosa composta per copol\u00edmers d\u2019acetat de vinil i VeoVa\u00ae, (\u00e8ster vin\u00edlic d’\u00e0cid vers\u00e0tic), subministrat per OMNOVA SOLUTION.<\/span><\/p>\n

EMULTROL DFM AFO-1 <\/b>\u00e9s una<\/span> emulsi\u00f3 aquosa <\/b>d’olis minerals i una alternativa efica\u00e7 a OLM-17, que es basa en olis minerals sense emulsionar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Metodologia<\/b><\/p>\n

Per realitzar l’assaig antiespumant, es mesura una quantitat de 200 g de PLIODISP\u00ae 7215 en un vas de precipitats de 1000 ml, seguit d’un dosatge de l\u2019antiespumant al 0,2 – 0,4%. Per tant, la preparaci\u00f3 s’agita fortament amb un agitador mec\u00e0nic a 1300 rpm durant 5 minuts. Immediatament despr\u00e9s, es mesura la densitat del preparat per mesurar el percentatge d’aire escorregut. Es repeteix el mateix assaig antiespumant amb una mostra envellida que es conserva a 45 \u00b0C durant 7 dies.<\/span><\/p>\n

L\u2019antiespumant en emulsi\u00f3 EMULTROL DFM AFO-1 ha demostrat ser significativament m\u00e9s efica\u00e7 com antiespumant i desairejant en una dispersi\u00f3 d’acetat de vinil\/VeoVa\u00ae, i una alternativa v\u00e0lida per a l\u2019antiespumant OLM -17.<\/span><\/p>\n
