El nostre equip de t\u00e8cnics i professionals treballen cont\u00ednuament per a ser pioners en el sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el seg\u00fcent article es recullen els estudis realitzats en els laboratoris de Concentrol sobre els adhesius (PSA) i presentem l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia de les solucions EMULTROL DFM OLM-40 i EMULTROL DFM OLV-230 en comparaci\u00f3 a altres refer\u00e8ncies de mercat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>ELS ADHESIUS SENSIBLES A LA PRESSI\u00d3 (PSA) DE CONCENTROL<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concentrol, a trav\u00e9s de la seva Divisi\u00f3 d\u2019Additives, treballa en l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de productes per al sector de PSA. Els autoadhesius (coneguts com Pressure sensitive adhesives o PSA per les seves sigles en angl\u00e8s) poden unir una varietat de materials com ara papers, pl\u00e0stics, metalls, fusta i vidre. Com el seu nom indica, s\u00f3n sensibles a la pressi\u00f3, en relaci\u00f3 al fet que enganxen en sec, a temperatura ambient, amb el simple contacte o una lleugera pressi\u00f3, \u00e9s a dir, no requereixen activaci\u00f3 per aigua, solvent o calor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dins de l&#8217;ampli m\u00f3n dels autoadhesius, el mercat de les etiquetes autoadhesives representa un volum enormement gran i en creixement. Concentrol porta anys treballant en aquest sector amb el desenvolupament i elaboraci\u00f3 de productes com ara: dispersions de resines, antiespumants, emulsions de cera, silicona i additius de superf\u00edcie de silicona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Com es fabriquen?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El proc\u00e9s de fabricaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un autoadhesiu (PSA), consta de quatre fases: siliconat, adhesivat, condicionat i formaci\u00f3 del complex. De forma resumida, es fa passar el suport (paper) per un cap\u00e7al on se li afegeix la silicona, per a obtenir el paper siliconat. Posteriorment, aquest s&#8217;introdueix en un altre cap\u00e7al on se li afegeix l&#8217;adhesiu i finalment se li uneix una l\u00e0mina per a formar l&#8217;autoadhesiu pr\u00f2piament dit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>El Siliconat<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El siliconat consisteix a aplicar una capa de silicona al paper suporti que ens permetr\u00e0 aplicar l&#8217;adhesiu i transferir-ho a la l\u00e0mina, protegint l&#8217;adhesiu fins al seu \u00fas final i facilitant que la l\u00e0mina pugui enlairar-se f\u00e0cilment del suport. En definitiva, el siliconat ens permet donar al paper un tractament antiadherent per a evitar que el suport i la l\u00e0mina quedin pegats entre si.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La capa de siliconat que s&#8217;aplica al suport pot variar, depenent del mateix suport i del producte final, encara que en general sol rondar els 1,1 a 1,3 g\/m\u00b2. Posteriorment el suport (paper), ja siliconat, entra en un t\u00fanel d&#8217;assecatge on es realitza la reticulaci\u00f3 i polimeritzaci\u00f3 a temperatures molt elevades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>L\u2019adhesivat<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s la fase en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;aplica l&#8217;adhesiu al suport siliconat. Posteriorment es realitza un assecat per a eliminar l&#8217;aigua o dissolvent que contingui. La quantitat d&#8217;adhesiu que aplica sobre el suport oscil\u00b7la entre 10-25 g\/m\u00b2, depenent l&#8217;\u00fas final que se li vagi a donar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>L\u2019acondicionat<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el condicionament es realitza una operaci\u00f3 de recondicionat d&#8217;humitat al producte fent-lo passar per una rampa de vapor a baixa pressi\u00f3, ja que la humitat en les fases de siliconado i adhesivado pot produir efectes no desitjats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>La formaci\u00f3 del complex<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es tracta de l&#8217;\u00faltima fase del proc\u00e9s i es duu a terme quan s&#8217;ajunta el suport amb la l\u00e0mina. Aquest proc\u00e9s es produeix quan l&#8217;adhesiu est\u00e0 prou sec i el suport t\u00e9 el grau d&#8217;humitat necessari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per ajuntar el suport adhesiu amb la l\u00e0mina, es fa passar entre dos corrons de contacte, quedant totes dues capes adherides. Pel fet que el suport t\u00e9 un tractament antiadherent obtingut per la silicona, l&#8217;adhesiu queda \u00fanicament pegat a la l\u00e0mina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>La Gamma d&#8217;adhesius sensibles a la pressi\u00f3 de Concentrol<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Emulsions de cera i silicona<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les emulsions de silicona normalment contenen un component de silicona (sol ser oli de silicona), aigua i els emulsionants requerits per a obtenir una emulsi\u00f3 estable. Des de la perspectiva qu\u00edmica, un component de silicona \u00e9s una cadena finita d&#8217;\u00e0toms de silici i oxigen units entre si. A m\u00e9s d&#8217;aquests enlla\u00e7os, la pr\u00f2pia silicona t\u00e9 altres dos enlla\u00e7os a grups org\u00e0nics.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les microemulsions de pol\u00edmers de silicona estan especialment recomanades per a formulacions d&#8217;autoadhesius i, despr\u00e9s de la seva incorporaci\u00f3 en la formulaci\u00f3, millora el proc\u00e9s de tall i encunyaci\u00f3 de les bobines de paper i film, especialment a altes velocitats. A m\u00e9s, a causa de la humectaci\u00f3 de la superf\u00edcie, milloren la reologia del PSA en corrons. En dosis baixes no afecta negativament l&#8217;adhesi\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00f3n productes que ofereixen bones caracter\u00edstiques: estabilitat t\u00e8rmica i de diluci\u00f3, humectaci\u00f3 de la superf\u00edcie, APEO Free, compatibilitat amb sabons\/tensioactius ani\u00f2nics i no i\u00f2nics, aplicaci\u00f3 f\u00e0cil, no esgrogueeixen despr\u00e9s de temps, i aporten caracter\u00edstiques millorades en el lliscament i l&#8217;abrasi\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les emulsions de cera permeten aconseguir propietats amovibles i, en general, modificar la cohesi\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Dispersions de resina<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les dispersions de resina de Concentrol tenen com a funci\u00f3 principal millorar les propietats de cohesi\u00f3, tack i adhesi\u00f3 d&#8217;autoadhesius basats en dispersions polim\u00e8riques de resina acr\u00edlica, PVA, EVA, SBR, NBR, l\u00e0tex natural, policloropr\u00e8 i dispersions aquoses de poliuret\u00e0. Augmenten l&#8217;adhesi\u00f3 i el tack en substrats no polars i superf\u00edcies de baixa energia millorant la seva capacitat d&#8217;humectaci\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 poden usar-se en aplicacions sobre suports porosos i polars com el paper i el cart\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les dispersions de resina de Concentrol ofereixen una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;avantatges: APEO Free, I+D Flexible, lots de fabricaci\u00f3 flexibles i productes aptes per a contacte indirecte amb aliments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Antiespumants<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Molts dels adhesius acr\u00edlics base aigua (PSA) tendeixen a generar escuma a causa de la seva composici\u00f3 aquosa. La formaci\u00f3 d&#8217;escuma pot ser un efecte indesitjat,, tant el proc\u00e9s de formulaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;adhesiu com en el de la seva aplicaci\u00f3. Aplicar una petita quantitat d\u2019antiespumant EMULTROL DFM OLM-40 de Concentrol, permet eliminar i prevenir l&#8217;escuma en l&#8217;adhesiu, amb la m\u00e0xima compatibilitat, sense efectes adversos en el rendiment de la dispersi\u00f3 i un efecte antiespumant perdurable en el temps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els antiespumants s\u00f3n efica\u00e7os en dosis inferiors a 50-100 ppm de silicona activa, amb efectes duradors, actuant tant com antiespumants i com desairejants. Estan dissenyats per a ser utilitzats en aplicacions amb contacte directe en aliments. Disposem de solucions que compleixen tant la normativa Americana FDA 175.105 com la normativa Europea 10\/2011. totes dues per a adhesius destinats al contacte alimentari. Els antiespumants de Concentrol es dissenyen APEO Free, mostrant-se amb un alt rendiment, una bona efic\u00e0cia i en definitiva un bon r\u00e0tio preu\/efic\u00e0cia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Additius de superf\u00edcie de silicona<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els additius de superf\u00edcie de silicona s\u00f3n productes molt coneguts en oferir propietats especials en pintures, tintes i recobriments. Aquests additius s\u00f3n silicones \u00f2rgan-funcionals, la majoria d&#8217;ells compostos de copol\u00edmers de polisilox\u00e0 i poli\u00e8ter no hidrolitzable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La nostra gamma d&#8217;additius de superf\u00edcie de silicona permet humectar millor sense incrementar la generaci\u00f3 d&#8217;escuma amb dosi fins a deu vegades inferiors a les dels humectants tradicionals. S\u00f3n l&#8217;elecci\u00f3 correcta per a formuladors que busquen millorar lliscament, resist\u00e8ncia al desgast, anivellament, humectaci\u00f3 del substrat, propietats antibloqueig. Tamb\u00e9 poden proporcionar acabats especials, incrementar la suavitat d&#8217;un recobriment, disminuir la fricci\u00f3, millorar la resist\u00e8ncia a l&#8217;abrasi\u00f3 i ratllat, etc. S\u00f3n productes amb APEO Free i un bon r\u00e0tio preu\/efic\u00e0cia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>EMULTROL DFM OLM-40 i EMULTROL DFM OLV-230: solucions sostenibles i eficients<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tal com s&#8217;ha esmentat anteriorment, a Concentrol apostem per la creaci\u00f3 de solucions competents, de qualitat, i que alhora siguin tan sostenibles com sigui possible. Per aix\u00f2, hem dissenyat dos antiespumants que compleixen aquesta s\u00e8rie de requisits sense perdre la seva efici\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les nostres solucions <\/span><b>EMULTROL DFM OLM-40 i EMULTROL DFM OLV-230<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s\u00f3n alternatives m\u00e9s sostenibles, que compleixen les regulacions de contacte alimentari i mantenen l&#8217;efectivitat d&#8217;uns altres antiespumants del mercat que s\u00f3n realitzats a partir d&#8217;olis minerals amb un elevat contingut de compostos org\u00e0nics vol\u00e0tils (VOC). Aquests s\u00f3n m\u00e9s contaminants i m\u00e9s agressius per al medi ambient.
