Concentrol, durant <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">el mes de desembre<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del darrer any, va realitzar una formaci\u00f3 sobre el programa de compliment normatiu compliance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aix\u00ed doncs, directius i treballadors d&#8217;aspectes normatius van rebre coneixements sobre el compliment normatiu compliance, a fi de poder-lo implementar a l&#8217;empresa tal com ja succeeix amb l&#8217;ISO. Aquest programa \u00e9s una eina per protegir i evitar actuacions penals dutes a terme en nom de la companyia o dins de la companyia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s evitar, corregir i actuar davant d&#8217;actuacions que puguin perjudicar la imatge de la companyia. Un exemple d&#8217;aix\u00f2 serien els delictes penals o administratius que hi ha en el codi penal i que poden afectar directament a les empreses o a les persones que hi treballen. A Concentrol, els delictes que m\u00e9s poden afectar s\u00f3n els referents a temes de medi ambient i de salut p\u00fablica. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per aquest motiu, l\u2019empresa posa m\u00e9s atenci\u00f3 a aquestes mat\u00e8ries, per tal de complir amb les normatives vigents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A m\u00e9s, dins del programa de compliment normatiu compliance tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;engloba el protocol d&#8217;assetjament a la feina, entre altres protocols que vetllen per la seguretat i la igualtat entre treballadors i treballadors. Es tracta d&#8217;una mat\u00e8ria en la qual l&#8217;empresa tamb\u00e9 est\u00e0 treballant per tal d&#8217;elaborar un pla d&#8217;igualtat per l&#8217;any 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La seguretat i l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia d&#8217;una empresa s\u00f3n vitals per al bon funcionament d&#8217;aquesta i, especialment, per garantir la salut de cada treballador i treballadora que en forma part.
