Durant la m\u00f2lta de les pintures, s\u2019utilitza un equip que genera forces de tall altes per obtenir una distribuci\u00f3 homog\u00e8nia de la mida de les part\u00edcules dels ompliments. Encara que l\u2019equip est\u00e0 dissenyat per reduir la formaci\u00f3 d\u2019espuma, \u00e9s inevitable la presencia de bombolles d\u2019aire atrapat. Una altra fase on l\u2019espuma tendeix a causar desviacions en el sistema de producci\u00f3 \u00e9s durant l\u2019envasat, on la disminuci\u00f3 de la densitat de la pintura, \u00e9s a dir, la relaci\u00f3 entre el seu volum i el seu pes, fa que les especificacions de pes no es puguin arribar a causa del contingut excessiu d\u2019aire. A m\u00e9s, durant l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de les pintures, especialment si s\u2019aplica amb aplicadors de tall alt, com ara pistoles d\u2019aigua o rodets d\u2019espuma, aquests promouen la incorporaci\u00f3 d\u2019aire atrapat en la pintura que pot causar defectes a la superf\u00edcie del revestiment, com ara cr\u00e0ters, forats o reducci\u00f3 de lluentor.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enfocament habitual per solucionar els problemes d\u2019espuma generalment implica seleccionar l\u2019agent antiespumant adequat. L\u2019antiespumant \u00f2ptim sol establir-se d\u2019acord amb les caracter\u00edstiques del proc\u00e9s, la formulaci\u00f3 i el tipus d\u2019espuma generada en la pintura, sigui macro o micro espuma.<\/p>\n<p>Tradicionalment, s\u2019han utilitzat agents antiespumants basats en petroli mineral amb part\u00edcules hidrof\u00f2biques que destrueixen l\u2019espuma en la ind\u00fastria de la pintura. Aquesta classe d\u2019antiespumants solen ser els que ofereixen la millor relaci\u00f3 entre efic\u00e0cia antiespumant i cost, aquests dos criteris sent els que sovint resulten m\u00e9s importants en triar l\u2019antiespumant. No obstant aix\u00f2, hi ha una tend\u00e8ncia creixent a considerar criteris ecol\u00f2gics com a requisit fonamental en la selecci\u00f3 de mat\u00e8ries primeres.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;any 2004, la Uni\u00f3 Europea va aprovar la Directiva de Pintures 2004\/42\/CE, limitant la pres\u00e8ncia de subst\u00e0ncies vol\u00e0tils en les pintures, vernissos i acabats de vehicles. El 2014 va establir els criteris per obtenir l&#8217;ECOLABEL, amb el qual el consumidor final t\u00e9 la garantia que les pintures i vernissos amb aquesta etiqueta tindran un contingut m\u00ednim de subst\u00e0ncies t\u00f2xiques, aix\u00ed com un contingut m\u00ednim de compostos org\u00e0nics vol\u00e0tils i semi vol\u00e0tils (VOC i SVOC). Aquesta etiqueta \u00e9s una garantia de l&#8217;efic\u00e0cia de les pintures i vernissos quan s&#8217;utilitzen a l&#8217;interior i\/o a l&#8217;exterior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per aquesta ra\u00f3, a Concentrol hem dissenyat una nova gamma d&#8217;antiespumants sense oli mineral, que no s\u00f3n perjudicials per a l&#8217;\u00e9sser hum\u00e0 o per al medi ambient a causa de la seva baixa o no toxicitat, i la millor biodegradabilitat dels materials bruts. Han estat dissenyats amb un contingut zero de gasos d&#8217;emissi\u00f3 de VOC i SVOC (compostos org\u00e0nics vol\u00e0tils i semi vol\u00e0tils) que poden contaminar la qualitat de l&#8217;aire i ser perjudicials per a l&#8217;atmosfera. A m\u00e9s, des del punt de vista de l&#8217;efic\u00e0cia, milloren l&#8217;efic\u00e0cia antiabombament en comparaci\u00f3 amb els antiespumants tradicionals basats en oli mineral. A m\u00e9s, la nova gamma d&#8217;agents antiespumants, compleixen la regulaci\u00f3 de la Uni\u00f3 Europea 10\/2011 que llista els materials bruts permesos per ser utilitzats en materials i pl\u00e0stics per aplicacions de contacte amb aliments. El percentatge d&#8217;aire entranyat s&#8217;obt\u00e9 calculant la difer\u00e8ncia en la densitat mesurada entre la densitat inicial de la dispersi\u00f3 i la densitat final despr\u00e9s de la prova. La preparaci\u00f3 s&#8217;envelleix en un forn a 45 \u00b0C durant una setmana, despr\u00e9s es repeteix la prova per determinar l&#8217;estabilitat de l&#8217;acompliment de l&#8217;antiespumants durant l&#8217;envelliment. Aquest darrer proc\u00e9s ens permet avaluar l&#8217;estabilitat de l&#8217;efecte antiespumants al llarg de la vida \u00fatil de la pintura.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><b>Resultats i discussi\u00f3<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A continuaci\u00f3 es mostren els resultats de les proves d&#8217;acompliment antiespumants als diferents mitjans de prova. En dispersions polim\u00e8riques, com l&#8217;acr\u00edlic estir\u00e8, poden desairejar entre dues i tres vegades m\u00e9s aire entranyat que els antiespumants tradicionals. S\u2019observa que les refer\u00e8ncies EMULTROL DFM OLV-24 i EMULTROL DFM AFO-24 presenten un augment de persist\u00e8ncia de l\u2019efecte antiespumant contra l\u2019envelliment. Mentre que les refer\u00e8ncies EMULTROL DFM OLV-25 i EMULTROL DFM AFO-25 mostren un exercici antiespumant immediat lleugerament millor, tot i que el seu exercici envellit \u00e9s comparativament pitjor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prova de compatibilitat antiespumant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La compatibilitat de les preparacions antiespumant estudiades amb les diferents dispersions polim\u00e8riques s&#8217;avalua, per tal de verificar que l&#8217;antiespumant no causi problemes de qualitat, com ara ulls de peix, cr\u00e0ters o pell de taronja a l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de pintura. Per fer-ho, s&#8217;ha provat una aplicaci\u00f3 de les preparacions de dispersions polim\u00e8riques, amb una barra espiral tipus Mayer, de 25 micr\u00f2metres de profunditat, en un suport de cartr\u00f3 LENETA\u00ae.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les figures 2, 3, 4 i 5 mostren les proves de compatibilitat de les dispersions polim\u00e8riques, mostrant exemples de cadascuna de les noves refer\u00e8ncies en comparaci\u00f3 del seu equivalent antiespumant tradicional. Es pot veure que els revestiments acabats que contenen antiespumant s\u00f3n generalment millors o similars a l&#8217;acabat de la prova de control. S&#8217;observa una tend\u00e8ncia on les preparacions amb un menor % d&#8217;aire entranyat mostren un millor revestiment i anivellament, resultant en un acabat m\u00e9s homogeni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Figura 2.
