Aquests productes resulten essencials per a la seva aplicaci\u00f3 en adhesius sensibles a la pressi\u00f3, en cintes i en l\u2019etiquetatge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A part de les ja habituals dispersions de resines (taquificants) de colof\u00f2nia, de terp\u00e8 fen\u00f2lica o d\u2019hidrocarbur, hi ha altres tipus de dispersions de resina creades precisament per combinaci\u00f3 de les anteriors: s\u00f3n les que pertanyen a la gamma de dispersions h\u00edbrides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els taquificants de resina s\u2019obtenen per modificaci\u00f3 d\u2019una resina base que pot tenir diferents or\u00edgens. Una vegada modificada la resina, se solubilitza en aigua utilitzant agents emulsionants, fins a aconseguir una dispersi\u00f3 en base aquosa de resina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Tipus de resines modificades<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Resines esterificades<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: d&#8217;origen vegetal, derivades de diferents g\u00e8neres de pi o de con\u00edferes. S\u2019obtenen per reaccions d\u2019esterificaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Resines \u00e0cides<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: d\u2019origen vegetal, derivats de diferents g\u00e8neres de pi o de con\u00edferes. S\u2019obtenen per reaccions d\u2019estabilitzaci\u00f3 per evitar l\u2019oxidaci\u00f3 i envelliment de la resina.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Resines d\u2019hidrocarbur<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: provenen de subst\u00e0ncies derivades del petroli, per polimeritzaci\u00f3 i tamb\u00e9 proc\u00e9s d\u2019hidrogenaci\u00f3 per aclarir-les.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Resines terp\u00e8 fen\u00f2liques<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: resines derivades de subst\u00e0ncies d\u2019origen vegetal, de la fam\u00edlia de les pin\u00e0cees i de les rut\u00e0cees (citrus). S\u2019obtenen per reaccions de polimeritzaci\u00f3 de mon\u00f2mers basats en terpens (buf\u00f3 terpens) que posteriorment es modifiquen per obtenir resines terp\u00e8 fen\u00f2liques.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Dispersions h\u00edbrides<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els taquificants o dispersions h\u00edbrides estan formades per dos tipus de resina diferents que s\u2019unifiquen en una fase concreta i determinada durant el proc\u00e9s de fabricaci\u00f3. Existeixen diversos tipus d\u2019opcions d\u2019aquest producte segons la seva composici\u00f3 i \u00fas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les dispersions h\u00edbrides poden estar formades per resines esterificades de colof\u00f2nia, resines derivades d\u2019hidrocarburs i resines terp\u00e8 fen\u00f2liques.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019avantatge principal de les dispersions h\u00edbrides \u00e9s que podem obtenir les millors propietats adhesives i caracter\u00edstiques que atorguen cada classe de resina per separat, \u00e9s a dir, en un sol producte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es tracta de dispersions \u00faniques per a aplicacions concretes en funci\u00f3 de les caracter\u00edstiques que es necessitin.
