Generalment, un dels l\u00edquids \u00e9s aigua, mentre que l&#8217;altre \u00e9s un l\u00edquid insoluble en aigua com un oli mineral o vegetal, o b\u00e9 una silicona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quan aquests dos l\u00edquids incompatibles es barregen, es formen dues fases. Amb una agitaci\u00f3 vigorosa, \u00e9s possible barrejar-los, per\u00f2 en aturar l&#8217;agitaci\u00f3, ambdues fases es separen r\u00e0pidament, recuperant les dues fases inicials. A m\u00e9s d&#8217;aquests enlla\u00e7os, la silicona t\u00e9 dos enlla\u00e7os addicionals amb grups org\u00e0nics. En la majoria dels casos, aquests grups org\u00e0nics s\u00f3n grups met\u00edlics (CH<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), que confereixen a l&#8217;oli de silicona les seves caracter\u00edstiques semiorg\u00e0niques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els olis de silicona s\u00f3n subst\u00e0ncies inertes i estables a l&#8217;aigua, a l&#8217;aire, a l&#8217;oxigen i als metalls. Nom\u00e9s es descomponen a temperatures elevades, en pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;\u00e0cids minerals forts, bases i agents oxidants forts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En aquest document, explorarem les caracter\u00edstiques t\u00e8cniques de les emulsions de silicona, aix\u00ed com les diferents fam\u00edlies disponibles. Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;aquesta introducci\u00f3 general, ens centrarem en les caracter\u00edstiques espec\u00edfiques de les emulsions de silicona de Concentrol, aix\u00ed com en els sectors i les aplicacions en qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n utilitzades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Caracter\u00edstiques t\u00e8cniques de les emulsions de silicona<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Les emulsions de silicona ofereixen facilitat d&#8217;\u00fas de la silicona, millorant el processament i l&#8217;efic\u00e0cia del producte final.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Els par\u00e0metres m\u00e9s importants en les emulsions de silicona s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents:<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>pH<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El pH \u00e9s un factor rellevant en les emulsions de silicona, tot i que en la majoria dels casos, ja que els emulsionants utilitzats s\u00f3n no-i\u00f2nics, no \u00e9s un par\u00e0metre cr\u00edtic. <\/span><b>Les variacions en el pH<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> no provoquen una desestabilitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;emulsi\u00f3, per\u00f2 <\/span><b>poden influir en la formulaci\u00f3 final <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on aquesta emulsi\u00f3 s&#8217;incorporar\u00e0. Per evitar ajustos en el producte final, les emulsions de silicona solen ajustar-se a un pH neutre.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Viscositat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La viscositat d&#8217;una emulsi\u00f3 de silicona mesura el grau de flu\u00efdesa del producte.
