El seu \u00fas, doncs, <\/span><b>serveix per a millorar l\u2019estabilitat de les bombolles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i per <\/span><b>aconseguir una mida de cel\u00b7la mitjana-petita<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Tenint en compte aquesta diferenciaci\u00f3, es poden distingir dos grups de surfactants: els estabilitzadors d\u2019espuma i els reguladors de cel\u00b7la.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els <\/span><b>estabilitzadors<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> d\u2019espuma s\u00f3n surfactants emprats en formulacions de PU cr\u00edtiques, \u00e9s a dir, <\/span><b>formulacions que a causa de la seva naturalesa qu\u00edmica tenen molt poca estabilitat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. En aquests casos, es requereix un surfactant amb capacitat estabilitzant que ajudi en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019espumaci\u00f3 durant l\u2019expansi\u00f3 dels gasos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quan s\u2019expandeixen els gasos hi ha la possibilitat que l\u2019espuma resultant sigui inestable i que, abans de poder adquirir una estructura s\u00f2lida i consistent, col\u00b7lapsi. En aquest cas \u00e9s quan el surfactant tenen un paper important, <\/span><b>estabilitzant el proc\u00e9s d\u2019espumaci\u00f3 fins que les parets cel\u00b7lulars s\u2019endureixen, evitant aix\u00ed el seu col\u00b7lapse.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En aquest article ens centrarem en els estabilitzants de silicona per espuma r\u00edgida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Funcions de les formulacions estabilitzants de silicona per espuma r\u00edgida<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquestes gammes d\u2019additius b\u00e0sicament tenen tres funcions en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019espuma de poliuret\u00e0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Estabilitzaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les formulacions r\u00edgides de poliuret\u00e0 necessiten un additiu que els proporcioni la capacitat d\u2019estabilitzaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria durant el proc\u00e9s d\u2019espuma, que \u00e9s intr\u00ednsecament inestable.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Regulaci\u00f3 de la mida cel\u00b7lular<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019estructura cel\u00b7lular de l\u2019espuma ha de ser de mida regular i de distribuci\u00f3 homog\u00e8nia. Les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules es generen en el proc\u00e9s de barreja entre l\u2019isocianat i el poliol.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Emulsionant dels components de formulaci\u00f3<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les formulacions r\u00edgides de poliuret\u00e0 necessiten els requisits especials que donen els tensioactius de silicona per superar la incompatibilitat entre els diferents components de la formulaci\u00f3. El poder emulsionant que proporcionen els tensioactius de silicona \u00e9s necessari per obtenir un bon rendiment en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019espumaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Caracter\u00edstiques dels estabilitzants de silicona per espuma r\u00edgida<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les formulacions de Concentrol destaquen per tenir unes caracter\u00edstiques molt ben valorades pels professionals del sector. Encara que la seva baixa conductivitat t\u00e8rmica \u00e9s la seva principal qualitat, hi ha altres caracter\u00edstiques importants com l\u2019adhesi\u00f3 a materials de revestiment, una excel\u00b7lent resist\u00e8ncia mec\u00e0nica, la resist\u00e8ncia al foc, la hist\u00e8resi o resili\u00e8ncia, entre d\u2019altres.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>A\u00efllament t\u00e8rmic<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019espuma de poliuret\u00e0 r\u00edgida \u00e9s un dels millors materials d\u2019a\u00efllament t\u00e8rmic, \u00e9s a dir, tenen capacitat per no conduir la calor a trav\u00e9s de si mateixos.\u00a0 Uns baixos valors de lambda (\u03bb) significa que l\u2019espuma t\u00e9 un major poder a\u00efllant i a priori, una millor espuma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest valor \u00e9s molt sol\u00b7licitat pels clients que produeixen espuma r\u00edgida per panells a\u00efllants o per espuma r\u00edgida de projecci\u00f3, i per aix\u00f2 s&#8217;utilitza en un ampli camp d\u2019aplicacions com en electrodom\u00e8stics o la construcci\u00f3, entre altres.\u00a0<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Estabilitat dimensional<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quan una espuma creix, les petites bombolles de CO\u2082 que es produeixen i que actuen com a agent espumant es mantenen a l\u2019interior de l\u2019espuma r\u00edgida. No obstant aix\u00f2, la velocitat de creixement en ambdues direccions (horitzontal i vertical) pot ser diferent, produint que les bombolles de gas no siguin totalment rodones, sin\u00f3 m\u00e9s aviat ovalades.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La for\u00e7a necess\u00e0ria per deformar una espuma en direcci\u00f3 \u00e9s comprimir-la, \u00e9s a dir, la for\u00e7a de compressi\u00f3 (FtC, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Force to Crush<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) en una direcci\u00f3 i l\u2019altra pot variar. Mitjan\u00e7ant la divisi\u00f3 entre el FtC d\u2019una pe\u00e7a tallada horitzontalment i el FtC d\u2019una pe\u00e7a tallada verticalment es pot obtenir l\u2019estabilitat dimensional, ja que quan el valor de l\u2019estabilitat dimensional \u00e9s m\u00e9s proper a 1 significa que l\u2019espuma ha crescut per igual en ambdues direccions, i per tant s\u2019ha obtingut una millor espuma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s important tenir en compte que aquestes dues caracter\u00edstiques tendeixen a millorar de manera inversament proporcional. En altres paraules, quan es busca millorar la conductivitat t\u00e8rmica, cal acceptar un comprom\u00eds pel que fa a l&#8217;estabilitat dimensional i viceversa.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Resist\u00e8ncia al foc<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fa refer\u00e8ncia a la capacitat d&#8217;un material per resistir la combusti\u00f3. Hi ha diverses metodologies per avaluar aquesta propietat, per\u00f2 en el cas de l&#8217;escuma de PU r\u00edgida, el m\u00e8tode m\u00e9s comunament utilitzat \u00e9s l&#8217;est\u00e0ndard alemany DIN 4102 (B1), tamb\u00e9 conegut com l&#8217;assaig TEST B2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant aquest assaig, es col\u00b7loca una mostra de dimensions espec\u00edfiques en un suport susp\u00e8s verticalment dins un armari de proves. Despr\u00e9s, s&#8217;aplica una flama de 20 mm d&#8217;al\u00e7ada, tant a la superf\u00edcie com a la vora de l&#8217;escuma. Aquest proc\u00e9s es repeteix amb 5 mostres en total i s&#8217;avalua la producci\u00f3 de gotetes inflamables mitjan\u00e7ant un paper de filtre col\u00b7locat sota cada exemplar durant les proves. La classificaci\u00f3 B2 s&#8217;atorga si la punta de la flama no arriba a una l\u00ednia de refer\u00e8ncia marcada a l&#8217;escuma en un lapse de 20 segons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquestes espumes r\u00edgides solen tenir densitats que oscil\u00b7len entre 30 i 40 kg\/m\u00b3, i generalment es fabriquen fent servir un agent escumant f\u00edsic. En conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, el surfactant seleccionat ha de posseir no nom\u00e9s propietats reguladores i estabilitzadores de les cel\u00b7les de l&#8217;escuma, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 habilitats emulsionants per assegurar una barreja efectiva amb el sistema de poliuret\u00e0 emprat i l&#8217;agent escumant f\u00edsic seleccionat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Les refer\u00e8ncies de Concentrol<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els estabilitzants de silicona per a les escumes r\u00edgides de poliuret\u00e0 que es treballen des de Concentrol s\u00f3n majorit\u00e0riament els de la l\u00ednia <\/span><b>STB PU-22XX<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
