Baixes emissions i olors"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=\u00bb703790&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h3>Introducci\u00f3<\/h3>\n<p>En la passada fira PU China Shanghai, en la qual Concentrol va exposar les seves \u00faltimes novetats, el nostre Dr. Adri\u00e0 L\u00f3pez, doctor especialitzat en surfactants de silicona, va presentar a tots els assistents diferents metodologies per aconseguir importants baixes emissions i baixa olor en la producci\u00f3 de surfactants de silicona per a escumes emmotllades HR.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lloc va exposar el fet que hem de con\u00e8ixer els seg\u00fcents aspectes:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Qu\u00e8 entenem per emissions i quines subst\u00e0ncies podriem considerar com a tal?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Subst\u00e0ncies qu\u00edmiques que allibera una escuma de PU en determinades condicions<\/li>\n<li>En la majoria de casos, la temperatura \u00e9s el m\u00e9s important. L&#8217; esquitxador d&#8217; un vehicle aturat, per exemple, pot assolir fins a 120 \u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Algunes subst\u00e0ncies qu\u00edmiques s\u00f3n molt vol\u00e0tils. Nom\u00e9s per determinar emissions de COVT.<\/li>\n<li><strong>An\u00e0lisi del \u00abHead-space\u00bb<\/strong>. Emissi\u00f3 dels COVT d&#8217;una mostra d&#8217;escuma de PU en un recipient tancat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bosses de mostreig<\/strong>. Permeten determinar emissions de COVT i tamb\u00e9 d&#8217;arom\u00e0tics\/aldehids.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00e8todes de prova de c\u00e0mera<\/strong>. Diferenciem entre proves realitzades en microc\u00e0mares (44\/144mL) i proves de c\u00e0mera petita (1m3), recollides a la ISO 12219-4.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, anal\u00edtiques com el VDA 270 permet portar a terme les an\u00e0lisi de les olors.<\/p>\n<p>Els diferents graus de mesura es classifiquen en:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>No perceptible<\/li>\n<li>Perceptible per\u00f2 no molest<\/li>\n<li>Clarament perceptible, per\u00f2 no molest<\/li>\n<li>Molest<\/li>\n<li>Molt molest<\/li>\n<li>Inacceptable<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Es considera un altre m\u00e8tode de prova espec\u00edfic per a l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de l&#8217;olors com \u00e9s la prova d&#8217;olfacte hum\u00e0 vs nas electr\u00f2nica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&#8217;origen de les emissions es pot establir des de diferents aspectes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En les mat\u00e8ries primeres i en les subst\u00e0ncies no afegides intencionadament (NIAS). Cal tenir en compte que en aquest cas el canvi de components no significa reducci\u00f3 d&#8217; olors.<\/li>\n<li>En el proc\u00e9s de fabricaci\u00f3. Subproductes de la reacci\u00f3 qu\u00edmica. Podem utilitzar inhibidors per minimitzar les reaccions secund\u00e0ries.<\/li>\n<li>Procedents dels productes de degradaci\u00f3 deguts a l&#8217; envelliment de l&#8217; escuma. Resulta en la millora d&#8217; estabilitat d&#8217; envelliment de les primeres mat\u00e8ries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Compostos arom\u00e0tics vol\u00e0tils<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Poden procedir de dissolvents arom\u00e0tics utilitzats en la s\u00edntesi.<\/li>\n<li>Tot i que hi ha processos industrials per eliminar els dissolvents, poden persistir algunes restes.<\/li>\n<li>No \u00e9s d&#8217;esperar que hi hagi arom\u00e0tics en les mat\u00e8ries primeres de silox\u00e0 o poli\u00e8ter, tenint en compte les seves rutes de s\u00edntesi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La s\u00edntesi de tensioactius de silicona sense dissolvents arom\u00e0tics \u00e9s la garantia que tenim per evitar compostos arom\u00e0tics vol\u00e0tils en el tensioactiu.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Concentrol <strong>no utilitza<\/strong> dissolvents arom\u00e0tics en la seva cadena de producci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3>Compostos vol\u00e0tils de carbonil (Aldehids)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Els compostos carbon\u00edlics vol\u00e0tils es poden originar a partir de la degradaci\u00f3 d&#8217;algunes subst\u00e0ncies qu\u00edmiques<\/li>\n<li>Els poli\u00e8ters s\u00f3n la principal font de compostos carbon\u00edlics, a causa de la seva ruta de degradaci\u00f3 via oxidatob dels enlla\u00e7os C-O-C.<\/li>\n<li>Els polisiloxans, tot i que relacionats amb els siloxans de baix MW, no es consideren una font de compostos carbon\u00edlics basant-se en la seva estructura qu\u00edmica.<\/li>\n<li>Un alt contingut de silox\u00e0 en un tensioactiu i un contingut baix de poli\u00e8ter contribueix a la reducci\u00f3 d&#8217;emissions de carbonil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Metodologia<\/h3>\n<h4>An\u00e0lisi de surfactants de silicona<\/h4>\n<p>Els principals aspetces que hem de considerar en la fabricaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un tensioactiu de
