Aquest reconeixement reflecteix el comprom\u00eds del nostre equip amb la innovaci\u00f3 i la recerca aplicada en el sector del poliuret\u00e0.<br data-start=\"3783\" data-end=\"3786\" \/>El treball de l\u2019Adri\u00e0 aporta noves perspectives en el desenvolupament d\u2019escumes sostenibles, destacant l\u2019esfor\u00e7 constant per combinar tecnologia avan\u00e7ada amb solucions responsables i eficients.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3995\" data-end=\"4148\">Optimitzaci\u00f3 del rendiment en escumes de poliuret\u00e0 espumades amb aigua: Avaluaci\u00f3 comparativa de tensioactius per a aplicacions d\u2019escuma ruixada<\/h2>\n<h3 data-start=\"4150\" data-end=\"4168\">Introducci\u00f3<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4169\" data-end=\"4687\">La transici\u00f3 cap a una tecnologia m\u00e9s sostenible i segura dins la ind\u00fastria del poliuret\u00e0, i especialment en el sector de la construcci\u00f3, ha impulsat el desenvolupament de sistemes espumats amb aigua, sobretot en aplicacions d\u2019escuma projectada. L\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 progressiva dels agents espumants amb alt potencial d\u2019escalfament global, com els HCFC i HFC, requereix formulacions capaces de mantenir altes prestacions t\u00e8cniques sense comprometre la estabilitat, expansi\u00f3 ni processabilitat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4689\" data-end=\"5232\">En aquest context, el tensioactiu de silicona juga un paper clau en la formaci\u00f3 i estabilitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019escuma, influenciant directament la cin\u00e8tica, la morfologia cel\u00b7lular i la densitat final. Una estructura de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules fines i uniformes contribueix a millorar l\u2019a\u00efllament t\u00e8rmic (valor lambda), un aspecte essencial per a la sostenibilitat, ja que una menor conductivitat t\u00e8rmica implica una major efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica als edificis i, per tant, una reducci\u00f3 del consum energ\u00e8tic per a la climatitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5234\" data-end=\"5493\">Per aix\u00f2, la tria d\u2019un tensioactiu de silicona adequat \u00e9s decisiva per assegurar bona expansi\u00f3, baixa conductivitat t\u00e8rmica, estructura homog\u00e8nia i estabilitat \u00f2ptima, tant en condicions inicials com despr\u00e9s de l\u2019envelliment durant l\u2019emmagatzematge.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5495\" data-end=\"6078\">Aquest estudi presenta una avaluaci\u00f3 comparativa de cinc tensioactius aplicats a una formulaci\u00f3 espumada amb aigua, analitzant par\u00e0metres clau com temps d\u2019espumat, temps d\u2019expansi\u00f3, estabilitat i densitat, tant en condicions inicials com despr\u00e9s d\u2019un assaig d\u2019envelliment a 40 \u00b0C i 3 \u00b0C durant 5 setmanes, amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019identificar les refer\u00e8ncies m\u00e9s robustes i estables per al seu \u00fas potencial en sistemes industrials d\u2019escuma projectada d\u2019alta efici\u00e8ncia, adre\u00e7ats a formuladors que busquen solucions sostenibles sense comprometre la qualitat t\u00e8cnica.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"6080\" data-end=\"6098\">Metodologia<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"6099\" data-end=\"6614\">Es van avaluar sis refer\u00e8ncies: PU-2216, PU-2211, PU-2208, PU-2208 D, PU-2267 i PU-2217, en dues formulacions est\u00e0ndard d\u2019escuma r\u00edgida espumada amb aigua, amb densitats de 10 kg\/m\u00b3 i 14 kg\/m\u00b3, i un contingut de tensioactiu de silicona d\u2019aproximadament 2,2 pphp.<br data-start=\"6377\" data-end=\"6380\" \/>Les proves es van dur a terme sota condicions controlades a 25 \u00b0C, incloent un assaig d\u2019envelliment de 5 setmanes a dues temperatures (40 \u00b0C i 3 \u00b0C) per avaluar l\u2019impacte de l\u2019emmagatzematge sobre les propietats de l\u2019escuma.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"6616\" data-end=\"6632\">Resultats<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"6633\" data-end=\"6727\">A la Taula 1 es resumeix el rendiment de les diferents refer\u00e8ncies en condicions inicials.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image media=\u00bb169553&#8243; media_width_percent=\u00bb65&#8243; alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb uncode_shortcode_id=\u00bb116741&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=\u00bb911341&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1963\">Els resultats obtinguts mostren difer\u00e8ncies significatives entre les refer\u00e8ncies avaluades. Entre elles, PU-2267 es posiciona com l\u2019opci\u00f3 m\u00e9s equilibrada pel que fa al rendiment global, amb una densitat baixa i controlada, ideal per aconseguir una bona efici\u00e8ncia t\u00e8rmica sense comprometre l\u2019estructura. Presenta temps d\u2019expansi\u00f3 i d\u2019escumat dins del rang \u00f2ptim, i ofereix el millor comportament del conjunt, amb una al\u00e7ada de 350 mm, fet que reflecteix una excel\u00b7lent capacitat d\u2019expansi\u00f3 i estabilitzaci\u00f3, i destaca per una morfologia cel\u00b7lular homog\u00e8nia i tancada, sense signes de col\u00b7lapse.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1965\" data-end=\"2393\">En comparaci\u00f3, PU-2208 i PU-2216 van mostrar un comportament acceptable, encara que amb densitats lleugerament superiors i una al\u00e7ada final menor. PU-2208D va evidenciar una tend\u00e8ncia a una estabilitat estructural inferior, mentre que PU-2211 va presentar resultats insuficients, amb clars indicis d\u2019inestabilitat de l\u2019escuma, motiu pel qual es va descartar per a proves posteriors.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image media=\u00bb169547&#8243; media_width_percent=\u00bb65&#8243; alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb uncode_shortcode_id=\u00bb150533&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=\u00bb262181&#8243;]<u>Assaig d&#8217;envelliment<\/u>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image media=\u00bb169541&#8243; media_width_percent=\u00bb65&#8243; alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb uncode_shortcode_id=\u00bb213263&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=\u00bb190348&#8243;]Els resultats mostren un canvi en els par\u00e0metres cr\u00edtics de les diferents refer\u00e8ncies. La PU-2267 va tornar a destacar com la refer\u00e8ncia m\u00e9s robusta, amb resultats pr\u00e0cticament inalterats. Es va mantenir una densitat estable, temps de reacci\u00f3 constants i una alta expansi\u00f3, confirmant la seva excel\u00b7lent resist\u00e8ncia al deteriorament.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image media=\u00bb169535&#8243; media_width_percent=\u00bb65&#8243; alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb uncode_shortcode_id=\u00bb248811&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=\u00bb252324&#8243;]Els resultats tornen a destacar la PU-2267 com la refer\u00e8ncia m\u00e9s robusta, tant en les condicions inicials com despr\u00e9s de l\u2019assaig d\u2019envelliment.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image media=\u00bb169523&#8243; media_width_percent=\u00bb65&#8243; alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb uncode_shortcode_id=\u00bb317478&#8243;][vc_single_image media=\u00bb169529&#8243; media_width_percent=\u00bb65&#8243; alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb uncode_shortcode_id=\u00bb214721&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=\u00bb670843&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1030\">Conclusions<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1031\" data-end=\"1264\">L\u2019estudi posa en relleu la rellev\u00e0ncia d\u2019una selecci\u00f3 adequada del tensioactiu per garantir el rendiment i l\u2019estabilitat en sistemes d\u2019escuma projectada espumats amb aigua i de baixa densitat aplicats en la construcci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1266\" data-end=\"1838\">Entre totes les refer\u00e8ncies avaluades, PU-2216 va mostrar un perfil t\u00e8cnic s\u00f2lid, essent una refer\u00e8ncia v\u00e0lida en formulacions on es busca flexibilitat sense comprometre l\u2019estabilitat. No obstant aix\u00f2, PU-2267 es posiciona com l\u2019opci\u00f3 m\u00e9s equilibrada i robusta, amb un excel\u00b7lent rendiment tant en condicions inicials com despr\u00e9s de l\u2019assaig d\u2019envelliment t\u00e8rmic, i en formulacions de densitat baixa i mitjana (\u224810 i 14 kg\/m\u00b3).
