The team has internalized and assumed these company values \u200b\u200bto transmit them to customers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concentrol developed some transformation work with different phases and projects in which transversal work teams were organized and where the company&#8217;s mission and the recognition of essential values \u200b\u200bwere jointly defined.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These identifying features of the company are still alive, since the PC3 project continues and evolves with the corporation and its entire staff. The values, which give the project its name, are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">People<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commitment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaboration<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Growth<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>People<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The value towards <\/span><b>people <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">commits us to show a positive attitude on a recurring basis, showing empathy with colleagues and clients, and respect in all the actions we carry out.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The growth of the company in all its aspects is the result of the qualities of each and every one of the members. To promote them, it has created essential tools to maintain the seal and idiosyncrasy of the company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Valor@m 360\u00ba and PC3 Awards<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the aim of guiding the company&#8217;s teams and workers, initiatives have been established so that the members of the company recognize themselves in it. <\/span><b>Valor@m 360\u00ba<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a tool that serves as a thermometer for the aforementioned values. Surveys and software facilitate self-assessment and evaluation by everyone who is part of the company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The process is totally anonymous, but the workers can see their effort recognized in an annual act.
