Diese L\u00f6sungsgruppe besteht aus einer breiten und vielseitigen Produktpalette, die es erm\u00f6glicht, Auswirkungen auf viele verschiedene Anwendungsbereiche zu haben. Einige von ihnen sind f\u00fcr die Wirtschaft von entscheidender Bedeutung, wie z. B. Textilien, Papier, Pappe, Latex, Kork, Farben, Druckfarben und die Lebensmittelindustrie. Concentrol befindet sich in einem st\u00e4ndigen Forschungsprozess, um <strong>die bestm\u00f6gliche L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die Kunden zu finden.<\/strong> In der nachfolgend vorgestellten Studie verglich das Unternehmen das hydrophobe Verhalten von Paraffinwachsemulsionen in zwei seiner Referenzprodukte mit dem eines Konkurrenzprodukts.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Wachs-Emulsionen<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"><strong>Wachsemollionen<\/strong> sind stabile Mischungen aus einem oder mehreren Wachsen in Wasser. Wachse k\u00f6nnen nat\u00fcrlich oder synthetisch sein. Je nach Art des Emulgatorsystems werden sie als ionisch, nicht-anionisch und kationisch klassifiziert, obwohl auch ein Gemisch von Emulgatoren verwendet werden kann. Wir wissen, dass w\u00e4ssrige Formulierungen komplex sind, weshalb diese Additive keine organischen (wasserbasierten) L\u00f6sungsmittel enthalten. Wachsemulsionen werden als industrielle Additive unter anderem f\u00fcr<\/span><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> Farben, Tinten und Lacke verwendet<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">. Sie k\u00f6nnen in Formulierungen von Bodenbehandlungsprodukten, Holzoberfl\u00e4chen, Bodenpflegeprodukten, Holzoberfl\u00e4chen, Autopflegemitteln, Papier, Farben und Beschichtungen, Tinten und Lacken, Glasfasern, Textilien, f\u00fcr den Heimgebrauch, Schmiermittel und Trennmittel verwendet werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Wachsemulsionen werden in fl\u00fcssiger Form angeboten, um die Anwendung, Dosierung und Einarbeitung f\u00fcr mehr Kundenkomfort zu vereinfachen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/concentrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Fotolia_110279839-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-162557 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/concentrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Fotolia_110279839-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"404\" height=\"238\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Mit diesen Produkten k\u00f6nnen Sie <\/span><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Weichheit, Matt- oder Glanzeffekt, Antirutscheffekt, Kratzfestigkeit, Wasserdichtigkeit und H\u00e4rte erzielen<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"><strong>.<\/strong> Sie modifizieren die Oberfl\u00e4cheng\u00fcte, um das Erscheinungsbild an der Schnittstelle zwischen der Verkleidung und dem Au\u00dfenbereich zu verbessern und zu sch\u00fctzen. Das Eindringen von Wasser in Wandr\u00e4ume, sei es durch l\u00e4ngeren direkten Kontakt oder Feuchtigkeit, kann die Haltbarkeit von W\u00e4nden erheblich beeintr\u00e4chtigen und strukturelle Sch\u00e4den und\/oder das Auftreten von Schimmel verursachen, zus\u00e4tzlich zu ungesund, l\u00e4stig und unansehnlich. Die Verwendung von Wachsemulsionen in Lacken zur Erh\u00f6hung der Wasserbest\u00e4ndigkeit ist eine sehr verbreitete Praxis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Die unten genannten Emulsionen sind so konzipiert, dass sie die beste Dichtleistung garantieren. Auf diese Schicht wird dann ein Tropfen Wasser gelegt, um den Benetzungswinkel zu beobachten<\/span> <span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">(<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"><em>siehe Abbildung 1<\/em>)<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Befund<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Die erzielten Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Tropfen auf den Produkten <strong>EMULTROL CM-2655 E und EMULTROL CM-2469 SPL<\/strong> einen h\u00f6heren Kontaktwinkel haben als die Tropfen auf einem Produkt eines Mitbewerbers. Dieses Verhalten, das als Schlammeffekt bezeichnet wird, zeigt bei den ersten beiden Produkten eine h\u00f6here Hydrophobie im Vergleich zum zweiten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Zus\u00e4tzlich wurde das Verhalten dieser Tr\u00f6pfchen f\u00fcr einige Minuten evaluiert. Abbildung 2 zeigt, wie im Laufe der Zeit der Wassertropfen auf dem Produkt des Mitbewerbers vom Papier absorbiert wird, was auf eine deutliche Reemulsion des Produkts hinweist.
