Die britische Norm Crib V (BS 5852) legt strenge Feuerwiderstandskriterien f\u00fcr Polsterm\u00f6bel fest und bewertet ihr Verhalten gegen\u00fcber verschiedenen Z\u00fcndquellen. In diesem Zusammenhang spielen Silikontenside eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Formulierung sicherer und effizienter Polyurethansch\u00e4ume.<\/p>\n<h3>SPEZIAL-KRIPPEN-V-SCHAUM-TEST<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Silikontenside beeinflussen nicht nur die Stabilit\u00e4t des Schaums und die Zellgleichm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit, sondern haben auch einen erheblichen Einfluss auf die Feuerbest\u00e4ndigkeit.<\/li>\n<li>In den j\u00fcngsten Tests, die mit Standard-Feuerwiderstandsformulierungen durchgef\u00fchrt wurden, die unser Silikontensid der neuesten Generation, CONCENTROL STB PU-3244 K, enthielten, erzielten wir sehr gute Leistungsergebnisse gegen\u00fcber der Crib V-Norm.<\/li>\n<li>Die Bewertung wurde in einem externen Technologiezentrum durchgef\u00fchrt, das in der Lage ist, die Tests sehr genau unter den von der Norm BS 5852 geforderten Bedingungen durchzuf\u00fchren und einen zertifizierten Bericht mit diesen Ergebnissen auszustellen.<\/li>\n<li>Im Falle unserer Referenz CONCENTROL STB PU-3244 K waren die Ergebnisse wie folgt:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/concentrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Crib-V-Test-ALE.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-166021\" src=\"https:\/\/concentrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Crib-V-Test-ALE-1024x262.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"727\" height=\"186\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hosting175685eu-cp704.wordpresstemporal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Crib-V-Test-ALE-1024x262.png 1024w, https:\/\/hosting175685eu-cp704.wordpresstemporal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Crib-V-Test-ALE-300x77.png 300w, https:\/\/hosting175685eu-cp704.wordpresstemporal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Crib-V-Test-ALE-768x196.png 768w, https:\/\/hosting175685eu-cp704.wordpresstemporal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Crib-V-Test-ALE-350x89.png 350w, https:\/\/hosting175685eu-cp704.wordpresstemporal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Crib-V-Test-ALE-600x153.png 600w, https:\/\/hosting175685eu-cp704.wordpresstemporal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Crib-V-Test-ALE.png 1244w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 727px) 100vw, 727px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Brett <\/strong><strong>1<\/strong><strong>. <\/strong>Crib V (BS 5852) Testergebnisse f\u00fcr CONCENTROL STB PU-3244 K<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>F\u00fcr die Zwecke der Norm gilt bei Verwendung der Z\u00fcndquelle der Krippe V als &#8222;progressives langsames Abbrennen&#8220; jedes Verbundmaterial, das 60 Minuten nach der Z\u00fcndung der Krippe extern erkennbare Rauchmengen erzeugt. Dieses Kriterium wurde in diesem Fall deutlich \u00fcbertroffen, da der Rauch nach ca. 9 Minuten (<strong><em>Brett 1<\/em><\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Ein weiteres wichtiges Kriterium, das in der Norm festgelegt ist, besagt, dass es als &#8222;Flammenversagen&#8220; gilt, wenn das Material nach dem Z\u00fcnden des Siebs l\u00e4nger als 10 Minuten weiterbrennt.
