{"id":169833,"date":"2025-11-13T14:29:54","date_gmt":"2025-11-13T12:29:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/concentrol.com\/?p=169833"},"modified":"2025-11-13T14:29:54","modified_gmt":"2025-11-13T12:29:54","slug":"concentrol-entwickelt-ein-technologisches-innovationsprojekt-mit-unterstuetzung-von-accio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hosting175685eu-cp704.wordpresstemporal.com\/de\/concentrol-entwickelt-ein-technologisches-innovationsprojekt-mit-unterstuetzung-von-accio\/","title":{"rendered":"Concentrol entwickelt ein technologisches Innovationsprojekt mit Unterst\u00fctzung von ACCI\u00d3"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8220;332061&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2>Entwurf und Machbarkeitsnachweis einer bildbasierten Steuerung des Anwendungsprozesses \u2013 Gutscheine f\u00fcr fortgeschrittene digitale Technologien<\/h2>\n<p>PRODUCTOS CONCENTROL S.A. hat das Projekt \u201eEntwurf und Machbarkeitsnachweis einer bildbasierten Steuerung des Anwendungsprozesses\u201c durchgef\u00fchrt, das mit Unterst\u00fctzung von ACCI\u00d3 im Rahmen des Programms f\u00fcr Gutscheine f\u00fcr fortgeschrittene digitale Technologien gef\u00f6rdert wurde (Gutscheincode ACE124\/24\/000263).<\/p>\n<p>Das Projekt, das in Zusammenarbeit mit Eurecat (Mitglied des Catalonia Digital Innovation Hub \u2013 DIH4CAT) umgesetzt wurde, verfolgte das Ziel, ein optisches System zur Kontrolle des auf Metallformen bei Sch\u00e4umprozessen aufgetragenen Trennmittels zu entwerfen, zu entwickeln und zu validieren.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Technologie erm\u00f6glicht die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung der Beschichtungskontrolle und verbessert die Qualit\u00e4t, R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit und Effizienz des Prozesses. Die Arbeiten umfassten die Materialcharakterisierung, die Analyse optischer Technologien (NIR, SWIR und UV-Fluoreszenz), die Auswahl der geeignetsten Methodik \u2014Fluorescein unter UV-Anregung\u2014 sowie deren experimentelle und industrielle Validierung.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ergebnisse belegten die industrielle Machbarkeit des Systems und legten die Grundlage f\u00fcr dessen zuk\u00fcnftige Umsetzung im Rahmen von Industrie 4.0.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus tr\u00e4gt das Projekt zur Reduzierung des Verbrauchs von Trennmitteln und der Erzeugung chemischer Abf\u00e4lle bei, wodurch eine sauberere und nachhaltigere Produktion gef\u00f6rdert wird \u2013 im Einklang mit den Zielen von Industrie 4.0 und der Kreislaufwirtschaft.<\/p>\n<p>Mit diesem Projekt bekr\u00e4ftigt Concentrol sein Engagement f\u00fcr technologische Innovation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung seiner industriellen Prozesse und setzt auf L\u00f6sungen, die Effizienz, Qualit\u00e4t und Nachhaltigkeit der Produktion steigern.
