Die Erreichung dieses Gleichgewichts stellt insbesondere bei unterschiedlichen Schaumsystemen und Formulierungsbedingungen eine Herausforderung dar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Um dieses Thema weiter zu untersuchen, hat Concentrol ein neues technisches Whitepaper mit dem Titel <em>Neue Silikontenside f\u00fcr flexible Slabstock-Sch\u00e4ume<\/em> ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Darin werden die Entwicklung und Bewertung eines neuen Silikontensids f\u00fcr Anwendungen in flexiblen Polyurethansch\u00e4umen vorgestellt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Die Studie basiert auf fr\u00fcheren industriellen Bewertungen von Concentrol\u00ae STB PU-3244 K. Obwohl das Produkt in Formulierungen mit einem OH-Index von 48 und unterschiedlichen Treibmitteln sehr gute Ergebnisse erzielte, wurden Optimierungspotenziale bei Formulierungen mit einem OH-Index von 56 identifiziert, insbesondere bei viskoelastischen Systemen hinsichtlich Zellstruktur und Zell\u00f6ffnung.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Auf Grundlage dieser Erkenntnisse bestand das Ziel des Projekts darin, ein neues Tensid zu entwickeln, das die Zellstabilit\u00e4t aufrechterh\u00e4lt, eine gute Zell\u00f6ffnung erm\u00f6glicht, \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige H\u00e4rte vermeidet und gleichzeitig mit konventionellen Slabstock-Formulierungen mit OH-Indizes von 48 und 56 kompatibel bleibt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Hierzu wurden verschiedene Tensidversionen in konventionellen flexiblen Slabstock-Formulierungen sowie in viskoelastischen Polyurethanschaumformulierungen untersucht. Die Studie umfasste die Analyse wichtiger physikalischer Parameter wie Druckh\u00e4rte (CLD), Dichte und Luftdurchl\u00e4ssigkeit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass die Version STB PU-3260 (V4) in den verschiedenen untersuchten Systemen eine ausgewogene Gesamtleistung erreichte.
