Presentan buena estabilidad y resistencia a la luz ultraviolada en una amplia gama de temperaturas de servicio. Dichos adhesivos, deben cumplir sin problemas los requisitos para un buen desempe\u00f1o, ofreciendo buenos resultados en sus propiedades de adhesi\u00f3n, tack, y cohesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Las dispersiones de resina de colofonia, denominadas \u00a0taquificantes, tienen la funci\u00f3n principal de mejorar las propiedades adhesivas de un adhesivo formulado sensible a la presi\u00f3n. Para optimizar estas \u00a0propiedades adhesivas, Concentrol ha desarrollado en sus laboratorios la referencia EMULTROL E-177. Es una dispersi\u00f3n de resina de colofonia esterificada, especialmente formulada con la finalidad de mejorar las propiedades de los adhesivos base acr\u00edlico, El resultado de los estudios de eficacia realizados en \u00a0Concentrol demuestran unas excelentes propiedades de adhesi\u00f3n y tack en todo tipo de superficies manteniendo una alta cohesi\u00f3n. Sus propiedades adhesivas son muy buenas en una amplia gama de temperaturas con una alta prestaci\u00f3n en superficies de baja energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En el siguiente estudio, se muestran los valores obtenidos de tack y adhesi\u00f3n del adhesivo final formulado con Emultrol E-177 y una resina acr\u00edlica est\u00e1ndar.<\/p>\n<p>En las gr\u00e1ficas se observan los resultados en diferentes superficies y rango de temperatura que otorga EMULTROL E-177 al adhesivo final.<\/p>\n<p>La dispersi\u00f3n de resina EMULTROL E-177 tiene adem\u00e1s una excelente compatibilidad con EVA, SBR, NBR, l\u00e1tex, policloropreno y poliuretano base agua. La gama de \u00a0dispersiones de resina desarrolladas por Concentrol poseen muy buena resistencia mec\u00e1nica frente al cizallamiento, a la vez que son altamente estabilizadas contra la oxidaci\u00f3n y la acci\u00f3n de los ultravioletas.
