Estos dos grupos de soluciones constan de una amplia y vers\u00e1til gama de productos, lo que permite incidir en muchos y diversos sectores de aplicaci\u00f3n. Algunos de ellos son de vital importancia en la econom\u00eda, como el sector textil, el papel, el cart\u00f3n, el l\u00e1tex, el corcho, las pinturas, las tintas y el alimentario.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Desde Concentrol, estamos en constantes procesos de investigaci\u00f3n para tratar de encontrar la mejor soluci\u00f3n posible para nuestros clientes. En el estudio presentado a continuaci\u00f3n, contrastamos el comportamiento hidrof\u00f3bico de las emulsiones de cera paraf\u00ednica de dos de nuestros productos de referencia con un producto de la competencia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Las emulsiones de cera<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Las emulsiones de cera son mezclas estables de una o m\u00e1s ceras en agua. Las ceras pueden ser naturales o sint\u00e9ticas. Seg\u00fan el car\u00e1cter del sistema emulsionante se clasifican en i\u00f3nicas, no ani\u00f3nicas y cati\u00f3nicas; aunque tambi\u00e9n se puede utilizar una mezcla de emulsionantes. Sabemos que las formulaciones acuosas son complejas y, por ello, estos aditivos est\u00e1n libres de disolventes org\u00e1nicos (base agua).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Las emulsiones de cera se utilizan como aditivos industriales para pinturas, tintas y barnices, entre otros. Pueden usarse en formulaciones de productos para el tratamiento de suelos, acabados de madera, productos para el cuidado de autom\u00f3viles, papel, pinturas y recubrimientos, tintas y barnices, fibra de vidrio, textil, uso dom\u00e9stico, lubricantes y desmoldeantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Las emulsiones de cera se ofrecen en forma de fluidos para facilitar su uso, dosificaci\u00f3n e incorporaci\u00f3n para mayor comodidad de nuestros clientes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Estos productos permiten conseguir propiedades de suavidad, efecto mate o brillante, efecto antideslizante, resistencia al rayado, hidrofugaci\u00f3n, dureza. Es decir, modifican el acabado superficial para mejorar y proteger la apariencia en la interfaz entre el recubrimiento y el mundo exterior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">La penetraci\u00f3n del agua a trav\u00e9s de los espacios de la pared, ya sea por contacto directo prolongado o debido a la humedad, puede afectar notablemente a la durabilidad de las paredes provocando da\u00f1o estructural y\/o aparici\u00f3n de moho, aparte de ser insalubre, molesto y antiest\u00e9tico. El uso de las emulsiones de cera en las pinturas para incrementar la repelencia al agua es una pr\u00e1ctica muy com\u00fan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Las emulsiones que se mencionan a continuaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n ideadas para garantizar las mejores prestaciones de impermeabilizaci\u00f3n. A continuaci\u00f3n, se deja caer una gota de agua encima de esta capa, para poder observar el \u00e1ngulo de humectaci\u00f3n (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ver Figura 1<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Los resultados obtenidos muestran que las gotas encima de los productos EMULTROL CM-2655 y EMULTROL CM-2469 SPL exhiben un \u00e1ngulo de contacto superior al de la gota presente encima del producto de la competencia. Este comportamiento, denominado efecto perlante, demuestra una hidrofobicidad superior en los dos primeros productos respecto al \u00faltimo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, se ha evaluado durante algunos minutos el comportamiento de dichas gotas. En la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Figura 2<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, se observa c\u00f3mo a lo largo del tiempo, la gota de agua encima del producto de la competencia queda absorbida en el papel, indicando una clara re-emulsi\u00f3n del producto. Este efecto ya se puede observar desde el inicio (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ver Figura 1<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Cabe indicar que, pasados 10 minutos, la gota del producto EMULTROL CM-2655 empieza a humedecer lentamente una peque\u00f1a zona del papel, sin llegar nunca a quedar completamente absorbida.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image media=\u00bb111627&#8243; media_width_percent=\u00bb100&#8243;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Figura 1 \u2013 Aspecto de las gotas de agua encima de las capas de producto sobre papel<\/span><\/i><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image media=\u00bb111630&#8243; media_width_percent=\u00bb100&#8243;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Figura 2 \u2013 Aspecto de las gotas de agua en 1, 2 y 10 minutos.<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">En conclusi\u00f3n, creemos que los productos EMULTROL CM-2655 y EMULTROL CM-2469 SPL son buenos candidatos para ser usados como aditivos hidrofugantes.
