Estos productos resultan esenciales para su aplicaci\u00f3n en adhesivos sensibles a la presi\u00f3n, en cintas y en el etiquetado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aparte de las ya habituales dispersiones de resinas (taquificantes) de colofonia, de terpeno feno\u0301lica o de hidrocarburo, existen otros tipos de dispersiones de resina creadas precisamente por combinaci\u00f3n de las anteriores: son las que pertenecen a la <\/span><b>gama de dispersiones hi\u0301bridas.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los taquificantes de resina se obtienen por modificacio\u0301n de una resina base que puede tener diferentes ori\u0301genes. Una vez modificada la resina, se solubiliza en agua utilizando agentes emulsionantes, hasta obtener una <\/span><b>dispersio\u0301n en base acuosa de resina<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Tipos de resinas modificadas<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Resinas esterificadas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: de origen vegetal, derivadas de diferentes ge\u0301neros de pino o de con\u00edferas. Se obtienen por reacciones de esterificacio\u0301n.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Resinas a\u0301cidas:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de origen vegetal, derivados de diferentes ge\u0301neros de pino o de con\u00edferas. Se obtienen por reacciones de estabilizacio\u0301n para evitar la oxidacio\u0301n y envejecimiento de la resina.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Resinas de hidrocarburo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: provienen de sustancias derivadas del petro\u0301leo, por polimerizacio\u0301n y tambie\u0301n proceso de hidrogenacio\u0301n para clarificarlas.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Resinas terpeno feno\u0301licas:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> resinas derivadas de substancias de origen vegetal, de la familia de las pin\u00e1ceas y de las rut\u00e1ceas (citrus). Se obtienen por reacciones de polimerizacio\u0301n de mono\u0301meros basados en terpenos (mono terpenos) que posteriormente se modifican para obtener resinas terpeno fen\u00f3licas.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Dispersiones h\u00edbridas<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Los taquificantes o dispersiones hi\u0301bridas esta\u0301n formadas por dos tipos de resina diferentes que se unifican en una fase concreta y determinada durante el proceso de fabricacio\u0301n. Existen varios tipos de opciones de este producto seg\u00fan su composici\u00f3n y uso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las dispersiones h\u00edbridas pueden estar formadas por <\/span><b>resinas esterificadas de colofonia resinas derivadas de hidrocarburos y resinas terpeno fen\u00f3licas.<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ventaja principal de las dispersiones h\u00edbridas es que podemos obtener las mejores propiedades adhesivas y caracter\u00edsticas que otorgan cada clase de resina <\/span><b>por separado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, es decir, en un solo producto.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se trata de <\/span><b>dispersiones u\u0301nicas para aplicaciones concretas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en funcio\u0301n de las caracter\u00edsticas que se necesiten.
