Concentrol, durante el mes de diciembre del \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, realiz\u00f3 una formaci\u00f3n sobre el programa de cumplimiento normativo compliance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed pues, directivos y trabajadores de aspectos normativos recibieron conocimientos sobre el cumplimiento normativo compliance, con el fin de poderlo implementar en la empresa tal como ya sucede con la ISO. Este programa es una herramienta para proteger y evitar actuaciones penales llevadas a cabo en nombre de la compa\u00f1\u00eda o dentro de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El objetivo es evitar, corregir y actuar ante actuaciones que puedan perjudicar la imagen de la compa\u00f1\u00eda. Un ejemplo de esto ser\u00edan los delitos penales o administrativos que hay en el c\u00f3digo penal y que pueden afectar directamente a las empresas o las personas que trabajan. En Concentrol, los delitos que m\u00e1s pueden afectar son los referentes a temas de medio ambiente y de salud p\u00fablica. Por este motivo, la empresa pone m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n a estas materias, a fin de cumplir con las normativas vigentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, el programa de cumplimiento normativo compliance tambi\u00e9n engloba el protocolo de acoso en el trabajo, entre otros protocolos que velan por la seguridad y la igualdad entre trabajadores y trabajadores. Se trata de una materia en la que la empresa tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 trabajando para elaborar un plan de igualdad para el a\u00f1o 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La seguridad y la eficiencia de una empresa son vitales para el buen funcionamiento de esta y, especialmente, para garantizar la salud de cada trabajador y trabajadora que forma parte de ella.
