Tras m\u00e1s de 80 a\u00f1os elaborando soluciones y trabajando codo a codo con nuestros clientes y proveedores, Concentrol se ha convertido en uno de los referentes del sector qu\u00edmico a nivel mundial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde la divisi\u00f3n de Perfomance Materials, Concentrol elabora soluciones para el sector de la automoci\u00f3n, tales como desmoldeantes para espumas de poliuretano, estabilizantes o surfactantes de silicona para espumas de poliuretano y limpiadores de moldes, entre otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, veremos los materiales m\u00e1s utilizados y el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n para el aislamiento ac\u00fastico para la automoci\u00f3n o tambi\u00e9n llamado \u2018piezas insonorizantes\u2019, \u2018insonorizantes\u2019, o en ingl\u00e9s \u2018soundproofing systems\u2019. Adem\u00e1s, se har\u00e1 una breve explicaci\u00f3n sobre los desmoldeantes, producto imprescindible para la fabricaci\u00f3n de estas piezas, y el resto de las soluciones para este sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los materiales principales que se utilizan para la elaboraci\u00f3n del aislamiento ac\u00fastico para la automoci\u00f3n son los materiales compuestos (composites) y el poliuretano.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respecto al poliuretano, las piezas se realizan enteras a partir de solamente espuma de poliuretano, o combinadas con otros materiales como el caucho, las fen\u00f3licas y el poliesp\u00e1n, entre otros. El tipo de espuma PU m\u00e1s usada es la flexible de alta resiliencia (HR), pero tambi\u00e9n podemos encontrar la espuma flexible densificada, viscoel\u00e1stica y proceso R.I.M.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>aislamiento se lleva a cabo gracias a unas \u201cbarreras ac\u00fasticas\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que son piezas moldeadas usadas en el sector autom\u00f3vil b\u00e1sicamente con la finalidad de aislar ac\u00fasticamente el habit\u00e1culo lo m\u00e1ximo posible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La espuma de PU presenta un excelente comportamiento debido a que el ruido entra por los poros y se disipa en el interior de la espuma. La capacidad de regular el poro permite absorber el ruido de forma precisa y medible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estas piezas, o sistemas de aislamiento ac\u00fastico, se incorporan al habit\u00e1culo del veh\u00edculo, el maletero y el motor. Lo m\u00e1s usual es encontrarlas en la parte de debajo del salpicadero, en toda la superficie que hay entre el motor y el habit\u00e1culo, para evitar el ruido que produce el motor en su funcionamiento. Como su nombre indica se trata de espuma flexible con m\u00e1s densidad, de forma que la pieza es claramente m\u00e1s dura, con poro interno m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o y casi cerrado en superficie. Normalmente se fabrican piezas peque\u00f1as de relleno y\/o de protecci\u00f3n ac\u00fastica en la industria del autom\u00f3vil. Algunos ejemplos son: relleno de la zona de cambio de marchas, rellenos en zonas de pedales, embrague y acelerador, insonorizaciones puntuales de carrocer\u00eda, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Debido a su mayor densidad la pieza tiende a hincharse dentro del molde, y en el momento de desmoldear puede plantear problemas si el desmoldeante no aporta un plus de deslizamiento. Suelen usarse desmoldeantes base agua grasos, a pesar de que suele trabajarse a bajas temperaturas y moldes bastante hondos, ya que cumplen con el requisito de lubricaci\u00f3n de las piezas facilitando su extracci\u00f3n. A diferencia de las piezas grandes, las peque\u00f1as no llevan ning\u00fan tipo de material distinto del flexible densificado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n nos centramos en el PU que nos interesa. Siempre se realiza a trav\u00e9s de un proceso de moldeado en fr\u00edo, y\u00a0 para ellos existen dos distinciones:<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pieza completa de PU<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es el t\u00edpico proceso de moldeado, aplicaci\u00f3n del desmoldeante, inyecci\u00f3n de los componentes en molde y despu\u00e9s de la curaci\u00f3n extracci\u00f3n de la pieza.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b> Pieza mixta<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se deposita en el molde una l\u00e1mina normalmente de caucho (lo usual es precalentarla primero para incrementar su adhesi\u00f3n superficial) y se inyecta el PU encima. Al extraer la pieza una cara es la de caucho (barrera) y la otra de PU (adsorci\u00f3n). Esta parte de \u201cbarrera\u201d tambi\u00e9n puede ser de otros materiales adem\u00e1s del caucho, como PU R.I.M. En este caso previamente se moldea la l\u00e1mina de R.I.M. y despu\u00e9s se deposita en otro molde, donde se inyecta encima el PU flexible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como hemos comentado antes, se pueden usar insertos en las piezas de PU para mejorar sus propiedades o facilitar el montaje en el interior del veh\u00edculo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Requisitos:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>Lo fundamental es obtener la funci\u00f3n ac\u00fastica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Se considera que lo id\u00f3neo es que por la parte donde la pieza recibe el ruido sea absorbente, y la cara final, que est\u00e1 en contacto con el habit\u00e1culo, sea de barrera. No est\u00e1 totalmente claro, por lo que algunas veces es as\u00ed y en otras al rev\u00e9s, debiendo trabajar siempre en funci\u00f3n de las indicaciones de los clientes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Soluciones de Concentrol<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concentrol ofrece una amplia gama de desmoldeantes base solvente (clase I, II, III), base agua, cosolventes e h\u00edbridos para esta aplicaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, disponemos de una gama extensa de surfactantes de silicona, espec\u00edficamente dise\u00f1ada para espuma de poliuretano flexible HR, y otros productos auxiliares tales como pastas de refuerzo, colas de contacto, limpiadores de moldes, entre otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Desmoldeantes para poliuretano:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos los desmoldeantes para el proceso de curado en fr\u00edo son adecuados:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desmoldeantes solventes (clase I, II, III seg\u00fan punto de inflamabilidad).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desmoldeantes base agua cosolvente (5 \u2013 20% agua) y base agua (&lt;5% de solvente).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desmoldeantes h\u00edbridos (50 \u2013 70% de agua).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El know-how de Concentrol consiste en, una vez detectadas las problem\u00e1ticas y requerimientos espec\u00edficos de los fabricantes de los insonorizantes de poliuretano, encontrar la mejor soluci\u00f3n, que pasa por el dise\u00f1o de la piel m\u00e1s adecuada a cada necesidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otras de nuestras <\/span><b>especialidades en Concentrol son los surfactantes de silicona para todos aquellos fabricantes de estos sistemas ac\u00fasticos que son auto formuladores.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 Tambi\u00e9n disponemos de productos complementarios como pastas de refuerzo (base solvente o base agua), adhesivos de contacto (para la reparaci\u00f3n de espumas), entre otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En Concentrol somos especialistas y referentes globales en soluciones adaptadas al cliente desde la fabricaci\u00f3n a medida hasta el soporte que brindamos a las industrias en sus diferentes procesos.
