Son recurrentes en la fabricaci\u00f3n de productos tales como colchones, mobiliario, paneles y bloques para la construcci\u00f3n, calzado, sistemas de poliuretano, aplicaciones el\u00e9ctricas o automoci\u00f3n, entre otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hay una serie de <\/span><b>factores cr\u00edticos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que deben tenerse muy en cuenta a la hora de decantarse por el uso de un determinado desmoldeante. Estos son:<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cantidad de COVs<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El uso de desmoldeantes supone la emisi\u00f3n de diferentes grados de Compuesto Org\u00e1nico Vol\u00e1til (COVs) y aerosoles, uno de los contaminantes m\u00e1s presentes en la atm\u00f3sfera. Una de las opciones m\u00e1s \u00e1giles para conseguir una bajada de las emisiones de COVs se basa en cambiar el desmoldeante con bajos contenidos de s\u00f3lidos a uno concentrado listo para utilizar.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Inflamabilidad<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el uso de los desmoldeantes siempre es necesario considerar la posibilidad de que se forme una Atm\u00f3sfera Explosiva (ATEX). Este hecho condiciona la regulaci\u00f3n de las instalaciones en las que se trabaja, la peligrosidad seg\u00fan el punto de inflamaci\u00f3n (Clase) y otros aspectos relacionados con el transporte y el almacenamiento de los productos.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Toxicidad<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los productos implicados en la formulaci\u00f3n de los desmoldeantes tienen cierto grado de toxicidad. Esto ocurre, en especial, con aquellos que hacen referencia a los compuestos de esta\u00f1o, y esto tiene una incidencia directa en el entorno laboral.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Impacto final sobre el medio ambiente<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El trabajo con desmoldeantes puede dar pie a que compuestos de esta\u00f1o y otros materiales t\u00f3xicos, potencialmente peligrosos para el entorno, se liberen al medio ambiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los desmoldeantes pueden ser de base solvente, de base de agua o h\u00edbridos. Hace un tiempo, todos los productores del sector qu\u00edmico utilizaban los desmoldeantes de base solvente, pero con el tiempo empez\u00f3 a cuestionarse la sostenibilidad de estas soluciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Los desmoldeantes de base agua, la soluci\u00f3n m\u00e1s sostenible<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para la fabricaci\u00f3n de espumas de poliuretano (PU), los expertos recomiendan dejar de lado el uso de los desmoldeantes de base solvente y optar por los de base de agua, que son m\u00e1s sostenibles. Sin embargo, hay ciertos aspectos de los desmoldeantes de base de agua que suponen algunas limitaciones, lo que hace que algunos fabricantes todav\u00eda se muestren reacios a dar el paso y utilizarlos en sus plantas de producci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El sector de los desmoldeantes est\u00e1 en continuo crecimiento y desarrollo, lo que hace que cada vez se ofrezcan mejores soluciones que disminuyen las limitaciones de estos materiales.
