Un ejemplo es un \u00fatil que permite a los laboratorios de la compa\u00f1\u00eda medir la tensi\u00f3n superficial din\u00e1mica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La tensi\u00f3n superficial de un l\u00edquido se define como la energ\u00eda necesaria para aumentar su superficie un \u00e1rea determinada. Es una medida de las fuerzas de atracci\u00f3n intermoleculares entre las diferentes mol\u00e9culas de un l\u00edquido en la superficie de este: los l\u00edquidos con fuerzas de atracci\u00f3n intermoleculares fuertes tienen una tensi\u00f3n superficial elevada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existen diferentes m\u00e9todos para medir la tensi\u00f3n superficial. Uno de los m\u00e1s comunes es el anillo de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du No\u00fcy<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que permite medir la tensi\u00f3n superficial est\u00e1tica del l\u00edquido. Sin embargo, para procesos industriales donde existe una generaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida de nuevas superficies, como pueden ser aplicaci\u00f3n con rodillos o impresi\u00f3n, es interesante medir la tensi\u00f3n superficial din\u00e1mica. Para ello se puede utilizar el m\u00e9todo din\u00e1mico de presi\u00f3n de burbuja. Este instrumento produce burbujas a diferentes frecuencias a trav\u00e9s de un capilar sumergido en el l\u00edquido a analizar y mide la presi\u00f3n necesaria para formar una burbuja del radio del capilar (presi\u00f3n m\u00e1xima). La presi\u00f3n necesaria para formar la burbuja est\u00e1 directamente relacionada con la tensi\u00f3n superficial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El valor de tensi\u00f3n superficial de un l\u00edquido puro es independiente del tiempo de vida de la burbuja. Sin embargo, la tensi\u00f3n superficial en fluidos en presencia de aditivos tensioactivos depende del tiempo de vida de la burbuja. Cuando se genera una superficie nueva, las mol\u00e9culas de surfactante difunden hacia esta nueva superficie y se orientan, este proceso lleva tiempo y depende de la movilidad del surfactante en soluci\u00f3n. Por este motivo, el valor tensi\u00f3n superficial din\u00e1mica depende del tiempo de vida de burbuja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recientemente, Concentrol ha adquirido un tensi\u00f3metro de presi\u00f3n de burbuja para los laboratorios de I+D. Este equipo permite la medida de las tensiones din\u00e1micas desde un tiempo de burbuja de 15 milisegundos hasta los 100000 milisegundos (100 segundos) donde los valores obtenidos se consideran casi-est\u00e1ticos. Este equipo nos ayuda en el desarrollo de nuevos aditivos humectantes, ya que nos permite observar diferencies en comportamiento entre diferentes aditivos, como en la siguiente comparativa entre dos aditivos de la gama ORDISOL SWT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se han realizado mediciones de tensi\u00f3n superficial en agua destilada utilizando el m\u00e9todo de presi\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de burbuja. Se han adquirido lecturas en continuo desde los 15 milisegundos hasta los 50 segundos de tiempo de burbuja. Se puede observar dos zonas bien diferenciadas en el gr\u00e1fico: La primera (de 0,025 a 10 segundos) se observa una fuerte disminuci\u00f3n en los valores de tensi\u00f3n superficial a medida que el tiempo de burbuja aumenta. Esta zona corresponde a la regi\u00f3n de tensi\u00f3n superficial din\u00e1mica. A partir de los 10 segundos, se observa como la tensi\u00f3n superficial se estabiliza disminuyendo el pendiente de la curva.
