Algunos de ellos son de vital importancia en la econom\u00eda, como los sectores t\u00e9xtil, papelero, del cart\u00f3n, l\u00e1tex, corcho, pinturas, tintas y alimentaci\u00f3n. Concentrol est\u00e1 en constante proceso de investigaci\u00f3n para tratar de encontrar<strong> la mejor soluci\u00f3n posible para los clientes<\/strong>. En el estudio que se presenta a continuaci\u00f3n, la empresa compar\u00f3 el comportamiento hidr\u00f3fobo de las emulsiones de cera de parafina de dos de sus productos de referencia con un producto de un competidor.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Emulsiones de Cera<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Las <strong>emulsiones de cera<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> son mezclas estables de una o m\u00e1s ceras en agua. Las ceras pueden ser naturales o sint\u00e9ticas. Seg\u00fan la naturaleza del sistema emulsionante, se clasifican en i\u00f3nicas, no ani\u00f3nicas y cati\u00f3nicas, aunque tambi\u00e9n se puede utilizar una mezcla de emulsionantes. Sabemos que las formulaciones acuosas son complejas, por lo que estos aditivos no contienen disolventes org\u00e1nicos (a base de agua). Las emulsiones de cera se utilizan como aditivos industriales para <\/span><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">pinturas, tintas y barnices<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"><em>,<\/em> entre otros. Pueden <strong>utilizarse<\/strong> en formulaciones de productos para el tratamiento de suelos, acabados de madera, productos para el tratamiento de suelos, acabados de madera, productos para el cuidado del autom\u00f3vil, papel, pinturas y revestimientos, tintas y barnices, fibra de vidrio, textiles, uso dom\u00e9stico, lubricantes y agentes desmoldeantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Las emulsiones de cera se ofrecen en forma de fluidos para facilitar su uso, dosificaci\u00f3n e incorporaci\u00f3n para mayor comodidad de los clientes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/concentrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Fotolia_110279839-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-162557 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/concentrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Fotolia_110279839-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"404\" height=\"238\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Estos productos permiten conseguir propiedades de <\/span><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">suavidad, efecto mate o brillante, efecto antideslizante, resistencia al rayado, impermeabilidad y dureza<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">. Modifican el acabado superficial para mejorar y proteger el aspecto en la interfaz entre el revestimiento y el exterior. La penetraci\u00f3n de agua a trav\u00e9s de los espacios de las paredes, ya sea por contacto directo prolongado o debido a la humedad, puede afectar significativamente a la durabilidad de las paredes causando da\u00f1os estructurales y\/o aparici\u00f3n de moho, adem\u00e1s de resultar insalubre, molesto y antiest\u00e9tico. El uso de emulsiones de cera en las pinturas para <\/span><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">aumentar la repelencia al agua<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> es una pr\u00e1ctica muy com\u00fan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Las emulsiones que se mencionan a continuaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para <strong>garantizar las mejores prestaciones de impermeabilizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. A continuaci\u00f3n, se deja caer una gota de agua sobre esta capa, con el fin de observar el \u00e1ngulo de humectaci\u00f3n (<\/span><em><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">v\u00e9ase Figura 1<\/span><\/em><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Resultados<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Los resultados obtenidos muestran que las gotas sobre los productos <strong>EMULTROL CM-2655 E y EMULTROL CM-2469 SPL<\/strong> presentan un \u00e1ngulo de contacto superior al de la gota sobre el producto de un competidor. Este comportamiento, denominado<\/span> <span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">efecto loto, demuestra una hidrofobicidad superior en los dos primeros productos en comparaci\u00f3n con el segundo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Adem\u00e1s, se evalu\u00f3 el comportamiento de estas gotas durante unos minutos. En la<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> Figura 2<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">, se observa c\u00f3mo, con el tiempo, la gota de agua sobre el producto de la competencia se absorbe en el papel, lo que indica una clara re emulsi\u00f3n del producto. Este efecto puede observarse ya desde el principio (<em>v\u00e9ase la <\/em><\/span><em><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Figura 1<\/span><\/em><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"><em>)<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que, al cabo de 10 minutos, la gota de producto <\/span><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">EMULTROL CM-2655 E<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> comienza a humedecer lentamente una peque\u00f1a zona del papel, sin llegar a absorberse por completo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Figura 1<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> &#8211;
