Estos productos resultan esenciales para su aplicaci\u00f3n en adhesivos sensibles a la presi\u00f3n, en cintas y en el etiquetado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Aparte de las ya habituales dispersiones de resinas (taquificantes) de colofonia, de terpeno fen\u00f3lica o de hidrocarburo, existen otros tipos de dispersiones de resina creadas precisamente por combinaci\u00f3n de las anteriores: son las que pertenecen a la gama de dispersiones h\u00edbridas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Los taqui\ufb01cantes de resina se obtienen por modi\ufb01caci\u00f3n de una resina base que puede tener diferentes or\u00edgenes. Una vez modi\ufb01cada la resina, se solubiliza en agua utilizando agentes emulsionantes, hasta obtener una dispersi\u00f3n en base acuosa de resina.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Tipos de resina modificadas<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"><strong>Resinas esterificadas<\/strong>:<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> de origen vegetal, derivadas de diferentes g\u00e9neros de pino o de con\u00edferas. Se obtienen por reacciones de esteri\ufb01caci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resinas \u00e1cidas<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">: de origen vegetal, derivados de diferentes g\u00e9neros de pino o de con\u00edferas. Se obtienen por reacciones de estabilizaci\u00f3n para evitar la oxidaci\u00f3n y envejecimiento de la resina.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"><strong>Resinas de hidrocarburo<\/strong>:<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> provienen de sustancias derivadas del petr\u00f3leo, por polimerizaci\u00f3n y tambi\u00e9n proceso de hidrogenaci\u00f3n para clari\ufb01carlas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resinas terpeno fen\u00f3licas<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">: resinas derivadas de substancias de origen vegetal, de la familia de las pin\u00e1ceas y de las rut\u00e1ceas (citrus). Se obtienen por reacciones de polimerizaci\u00f3n de mon\u00f3meros basados en terpenos (mono terpenos) que posteriormente se modifican para obtener resinas terpeno fen\u00f3licas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Dispersiones h\u00edbridas<\/h3>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Los taqui\ufb01cantes o dispersiones h\u00edbridas est\u00e1n formadas por dos tipos de resina diferentes <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">que se unifican en una fase concreta y determinada durante el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n. Existen varios tipos de opciones de este producto seg\u00fan su composici\u00f3n y uso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Las dispersiones h\u00edbridas pueden estar formadas por resinas <\/span><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">esterificadas de colofonia resinas derivadas de hidrocarburos y resinas terpeno fen\u00f3licas<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">La ventaja principal de las dispersiones h\u00edbridas es que podemos obtener las mejores propiedades adhesivas y caracter\u00edsticas que otorgan cada clase de resina por separado, es decir, en un solo producto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Se trata de <\/span><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">dispersiones \u00fanicas para aplicaciones concretas <\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">en funci\u00f3n de las caracter\u00edsticas que se necesiten. Se suelen utilizar habitualmente en aplicaciones especiales a diferencia de las t\u00edpicas resinas esterificadas para PSA, cintas y etiquetas adhesivas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>EMULTROL E-55<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Una de nuestras soluciones m\u00e1s destacadas de dispersi\u00f3n de resina h\u00edbrida es el Emultrol E-55, formado por una agregaci\u00f3n de una resina esteri\ufb01cada junto con una resina de hidrocarburo hidrogenado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Se trata de un producto muy vers\u00e1til, presentando muy buena compatibilidad con diferentes pol\u00edmeros.
