Alcanzar este equilibrio resulta especialmente complejo cuando se trabaja con diferentes sistemas de espuma y condiciones de formulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Con el objetivo de profundizar en este \u00e1mbito, Concentrol ha publicado un nuevo white paper t\u00e9cnico titulado <em>Nuevos surfactantes para espuma flexible slabstock<\/em>, en el que se presenta el desarrollo y la evaluaci\u00f3n de un nuevo surfactante de silicona para aplicaciones de espuma flexible de poliuretano.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">El estudio surge a partir de evaluaciones industriales previas realizadas con Concentrol\u00ae STB PU-3244 K. Aunque el producto mostr\u00f3 un muy buen comportamiento en formulaciones con \u00edndice OH 48 utilizando distintos agentes de expansi\u00f3n, se identificaron oportunidades de mejora en formulaciones con \u00edndice OH 56, especialmente en sistemas viscoel\u00e1sticos, en t\u00e9rminos de estructura y apertura celular.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A partir de estas observaciones, el objetivo del proyecto fue desarrollar un nuevo surfactante capaz de mantener la estabilidad celular, proporcionar una buena apertura de celda, evitar una rigidez excesiva y conservar la compatibilidad con formulaciones slabstock convencionales con \u00edndices OH 48 y 56.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Para ello, se evaluaron distintas versiones del surfactante en formulaciones de espuma flexible slabstock convencional y espuma viscoel\u00e1stica de poliuretano. El estudio incluy\u00f3 el an\u00e1lisis de par\u00e1metros f\u00edsicos clave como la dureza a compresi\u00f3n (CLD), la densidad y la permeabilidad al aire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Los resultados mostraron que la versi\u00f3n STB PU-3260 (V4) present\u00f3 un comportamiento equilibrado en los diferentes sistemas evaluados. El surfactante demostr\u00f3 un rendimiento comparable al de las formulaciones de referencia en t\u00e9rminos de propiedades mec\u00e1nicas, densidad y apertura celular, manteniendo al mismo tiempo una buena estabilidad durante el proceso de espumaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Seg\u00fan las conclusiones del estudio, STB PU-3260 (V4) es compatible tanto con sistemas slabstock
