Sin embargo, la variabilidad qu\u00edmica de estos materiales puede afectar la compatibilidad de la formulaci\u00f3n, la estabilidad de la espuma y sus propiedades finales.<\/p>\n<p>En este estudio se evaluaron cuatro tensioactivos de silicona (E0329_1, E0329_2, E0329_3 y E0329_4) dise\u00f1ados para formulaciones flexibles tipo slabstock con contenido de poliol reciclado. Los resultados de CLD indicaron distintos niveles de firmeza entre los tensioactivos. E0329_1 gener\u00f3 los valores m\u00e1s elevados, mientras que E0329_4 produjo espumas m\u00e1s suaves. Los resultados de compression set fueron aceptables para todas las formulaciones, destacando E0329_1 y E0329_3 por presentar los valores m\u00e1s bajos, indicativos de una mejor recuperaci\u00f3n tras evaluados mostraron una capacidad de estabilizaci\u00f3n adecuada en formulaciones con poliol reciclado.<\/li>\n<li>La compatibilidad fue satisfactoria en condiciones est\u00e1ndar, aunque el envejecimiento acelerado revel\u00f3 cierta tendencia a la separaci\u00f3n de fases.<\/li>\n<li>E0329_4 destac\u00f3 por su elevada respirabilidad y car\u00e1cter de celda abierta.<\/li>\n<li>E0329_3 present\u00f3 la estructura celular m\u00e1s fina y homog\u00e9nea en formulaciones con 50 % de poliol reciclado.<\/li>\n<li>Los resultados confirman que la selecci\u00f3n del tensioactivo es un factor clave para optimizar el rendimiento de espumas flexibles sostenibles basadas en materias primas
