The <\/span>Additives<\/b> division has recently been working on the adaptation of <\/span>tachifying<\/b> resins.<\/span><\/p>\n

The resin dispersions improve the cohesion and adhesion parameters of self-adhesives and adhesives based on acrylic resin dispersions, EVA, SBR, NBR, natural or synthetic latex and water-based polyurethane dispersions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Resin tackifiers are obtained by modifying a base resin that can have different origins. Once the resin has been modified, it is solubilized in water using emulsifying agents, until a water-based resin dispersion is obtained.<\/span><\/p>\n

The main function of resin dispersions is to improve the<\/span> adhesion<\/b> of polymeric dispersions on non-polar substrates, mainly plastic surfaces, although they can also be used in applications on porous and polar substrates such as paper and cardboard.<\/span><\/p>\n

These solutions are compatible with a wide range of <\/span>acrylic resins, EVA, SBR, NBR, latex, polychloroprene and polyurethane.<\/b> Once suitably formulated, they have excellent wetting properties on silicone paper in particular and on all types of substrates in general.<\/span><\/p>\n
