Ces produits sont essentiels pour une application dans les adh\u00e9sifs sensibles \u00e0 la pression, sur les rubans et sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tiquetage.<\/p>\n<p>Outre les dispersions habituelles de colophanes, de terp\u00e8nes ph\u00e9noliques ou de r\u00e9sines d&rsquo;hydrocarbures (tachyfiants), il existe d&rsquo;autres types de dispersions de r\u00e9sine cr\u00e9\u00e9es pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment en combinant ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de : elles appartiennent \u00e0 la gamme des dispersions hybrides.<\/p>\n<p>Les tachyfiants en r\u00e9sine sont obtenus en modifiant une r\u00e9sine de base qui peut avoir diff\u00e9rentes origines. Une fois la r\u00e9sine modifi\u00e9e, elle est solubilis\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;agents \u00e9mulsifiants, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une dispersion aqueuse de la r\u00e9sine.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Types de r\u00e9sines modifi\u00e9es<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9sines est\u00e9rifi\u00e9es :<\/strong> d&rsquo;origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, d\u00e9riv\u00e9es de diff\u00e9rents genres de pins ou de conif\u00e8res. Ils sont obtenus par des r\u00e9actions d&rsquo;est\u00e9rification.<\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9sines acides <\/strong>: d&rsquo;origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, d\u00e9riv\u00e9es de diff\u00e9rents genres de pins ou de conif\u00e8res. Ils sont obtenus par des r\u00e9actions de stabilisation pour \u00e9viter l&rsquo;oxydation et le vieillissement de la r\u00e9sine.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les r\u00e9sines hydrocarbon\u00e9es :<\/strong> elles proviennent de substances d\u00e9riv\u00e9es du p\u00e9trole, par polym\u00e9risation et \u00e9galement par processus d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e9nation pour les clarifier.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>R\u00e9sines terp\u00e8nes-ph\u00e9noliques <\/strong>: r\u00e9sines d\u00e9riv\u00e9es de substances d&rsquo;origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, des familles des Pinac\u00e9es et des Rutac\u00e9es (agrumes). Ils sont obtenus par des r\u00e9actions de polym\u00e9risation de monom\u00e8res \u00e0 base de terp\u00e8nes (mono terp\u00e8nes) qui sont ensuite modifi\u00e9s pour obtenir des r\u00e9sines de terp\u00e8nes ph\u00e9noliques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dispersions hybrides<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les tachys hybrides, ou dispersions, sont constitu\u00e9s de deux types de r\u00e9sine diff\u00e9rents qui sont unifi\u00e9s dans une phase sp\u00e9cifique et d\u00e9termin\u00e9e du processus de fabrication.
