Cette reconnaissance illustre l\u2019engagement de notre \u00e9quipe envers l\u2019innovation et la recherche appliqu\u00e9e dans le domaine du polyur\u00e9thane.<br data-start=\"7034\" data-end=\"7037\" \/>Le travail d\u2019Adri\u00e0 apporte de nouvelles perspectives sur le d\u00e9veloppement de mousses durables, mettant en valeur nos efforts constants pour allier technologie avanc\u00e9e et solutions responsables et efficaces.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"7259\" data-end=\"7413\">Optimisation des performances des mousses de polyur\u00e9thane \u00e0 base d\u2019eau : \u00c9valuation comparative de tensioactifs pour applications de mousse projet\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<h3 data-start=\"7415\" data-end=\"7434\">Introduction<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"7435\" data-end=\"7974\">La transition vers une technologie plus durable et plus s\u00fbre dans l\u2019industrie du polyur\u00e9thane, notamment dans le secteur de la construction, a conduit au d\u00e9veloppement de syst\u00e8mes mouss\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019eau, en particulier pour les mousses projet\u00e9es.<br data-start=\"7690\" data-end=\"7693\" \/>L\u2019\u00e9limination progressive des agents gonflants \u00e0 fort potentiel de r\u00e9chauffement climatique, tels que les HCFC et HFC, exige des formulations capables de maintenir d\u2019excellentes performances techniques sans compromettre la stabilit\u00e9, l\u2019expansion ni la processabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7976\" data-end=\"8558\">Dans ce contexte, le tensioactif de silicone joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la formation et la stabilisation de la mousse, influen\u00e7ant directement la cin\u00e9tique, la morphologie cellulaire et la densit\u00e9 finale. Une structure cellulaire fine et homog\u00e8ne contribue \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019isolation thermique (valeur lambda), un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de la durabilit\u00e9, puisque une conductivit\u00e9 thermique plus faible se traduit par une meilleure efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des b\u00e2timents et donc une r\u00e9duction de la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie pour le chauffage et la climatisation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8560\" data-end=\"8840\">Ainsi, le choix d\u2019un tensioactif de silicone appropri\u00e9 est d\u00e9terminant pour garantir une bonne expansion, une faible conductivit\u00e9 thermique, une structure homog\u00e8ne et une stabilit\u00e9 ad\u00e9quate, tant dans les conditions initiales qu\u2019apr\u00e8s vieillissement pendant le stockage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8842\" data-end=\"9476\">Cette \u00e9tude pr\u00e9sente une \u00e9valuation comparative de cinq tensioactifs appliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 une formulation mouss\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019eau, en analysant des param\u00e8tres cl\u00e9s tels que le temps de moussage, le temps d\u2019expansion, la stabilit\u00e9 et la densit\u00e9, dans les conditions initiales ainsi qu\u2019apr\u00e8s un test de vieillissement \u00e0 40 \u00b0C et 3 \u00b0C pendant 5 semaines, dans le but d\u2019identifier les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences les plus robustes et stables pour une application potentielle dans des syst\u00e8mes industriels de mousse projet\u00e9e haute performance, destin\u00e9s aux formulateurs \u00e0 la recherche de solutions durables sans compromis sur la qualit\u00e9 technique.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"9478\" data-end=\"9497\">M\u00e9thodologie<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"9498\" data-end=\"10003\">Six r\u00e9f\u00e9rences ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es : PU-2216, PU-2211, PU-2208, PU-2208 D, PU-2267 et PU-2217, dans deux formulations standards de mousse rigide \u00e0 base d\u2019eau, avec des densit\u00e9s de 10 kg\/m\u00b3 et 14 kg\/m\u00b3, et une teneur en tensioactif de silicone d\u2019environ 2,2 pphp. Les essais ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans des conditions contr\u00f4l\u00e9es \u00e0 25 \u00b0C, incluant un test de vieillissement de 5 semaines \u00e0 deux temp\u00e9ratures (40 \u00b0C et 3 \u00b0C) afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019impact du stockage sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de la mousse.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"10005\" data-end=\"10021\">R\u00e9sultats<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"10022\" data-end=\"10120\">Le Tableau 1 r\u00e9sume les performances des diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9f\u00e9rences dans les conditions initiales.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image media=\u00a0\u00bb169553&Prime; media_width_percent=\u00a0\u00bb65&Prime; alignment=\u00a0\u00bbcenter\u00a0\u00bb uncode_shortcode_id=\u00a0\u00bb116741&Prime;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=\u00a0\u00bb234163&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2421\" data-end=\"3092\">Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus montrent des diff\u00e9rences notables entre les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences \u00e9valu\u00e9es. Parmi elles, PU-2267 se distingue comme le choix le plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 en termes de performance globale, avec une densit\u00e9 faible et bien contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, id\u00e9ale pour garantir une excellente efficacit\u00e9 thermique sans compromettre la structure. Elle pr\u00e9sente des temps d\u2019expansion et de moussage dans la plage optimale, offrant les meilleures performances de l\u2019ensemble, avec une hauteur de 350 mm, ce qui traduit une excellente capacit\u00e9 d\u2019expansion et de stabilisation, ainsi qu\u2019une morphologie cellulaire homog\u00e8ne et ferm\u00e9e, sans signes de collapsus.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3094\" data-end=\"3533\">En comparaison, PU-2208 et PU-2216 ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un comportement acceptable, bien que caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par des densit\u00e9s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es et une hauteur finale inf\u00e9rieure. Toutefois, la PU-2267 se distingue comme l\u2019option la plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et la plus robuste, offrant d\u2019excellentes performances tant dans les conditions initiales qu\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019essai de vieillissement thermique, et ce pour des formulations de densit\u00e9 faible et moyenne (\u224810 et 14 kg\/m\u00b3).
